Thd breakfast was basic. The room was not clean enough the towels were not clean and very thin

Clean room

We had to rent two rooms and despite booking about 2 weeks in advance we couldn’t even be placed on the same floor. The beds were smaller than the standard double/queen that we were expecting. At 11pm my family in one room experienced a large amount of water from the bathroom ceiling, ruining hygiene products, toothbrushes, etc. and her phone didn’t work to call the main desk with sleeping kids in the room.

We enjoy having breakfast at hotels to save some money on meals out while traveling but this morning all the serving dishes for hot options were empty and we had to wait between 10-15 minutes for someone to come check and refill them.

Parking was easy, check in was quick & easy, the gentleman at the desk was friendly and efficient. The room was clean & comfortable.

Staff are very nice, both morning and evening. Random overnight stay when driving through. Location seemed a little rundown (stores across the street are closed/abandoned) but felt safe. Room was clean but bathroom shower needed attention with dirt/mold in the shower door track. Would stay again. Price was right and included breakfast saved us time and money. Drove into town and enjoyed some local music (Friday night at Original’s Owago bar).

This facility was an absolute dump…. Grungy towels, mold all around the bathroom, had to use my shoulder to open and close the door to the room, wanted to use the laundry but one of the washers was broke and they were disgustingly dirty and no fan in the bathroom.

The room was quiet and the price was decent.

There were a couple little housekeeping quirks, such as an empty rug tape package being left on the desk and a rogue pretzel stick on the floor by the bed, but overall a pretty clean room.

The breakfast room was large and was nicely decorated for fall, with plenty of hot breakfast options.

The worst hotel experience I have had in my life. The bathroom mirror was COVERED in toothpaste splatter, the faucet as well, there was absolutely no hand soap in the bathroom, the sink in the kitchen area was beyond gross, the floors were so dirty that after taking a shower I had a brown footprints walking through the bathroom, the handles of all doors were riddled with handprints, I could go on forever. After going down and talking to the front desk, he tried to move us to THREE different rooms, all of which had the exact same cleanliness concerns. We were told that we had to clean our own room because there was no cleaning staff on. We were literally given cleaning supplies and rags and had to go back to our hotel room after working all day and literally clean our own room. Management offered no resolution other than to take $50 off of our stay and offered to give me points that I could use toward another visit. The points were never deposited into my account, and when calling to follow up three days later the manager accused us of stealing a pillow and said that she refused to deposit points due to this. I ended up having to call corporate to file an official complaint because I am absolutely disgusted at this entire experience and the lack of concern from management regarding the cleanliness of their hotel. Not to mention we were advertised a breakfast buffet and ended up getting nothing but a continental breakfast that you would find at any other hotel. DO NOT BOOK!!!!!

Pleasant, helpful staff. Clean room. Parking lot well lit and convenient.

Room 237 bathroom sink drain stuck

Carpets felt wet, room smelled musky, cobwebs in corners, stains on sheets, ratteling air conditioner kept me up most the night, hair in bathtub. Only decent thing about stay was quick check in and decent warm breakfast.

It was so so. The room had a musty smell. And it appeared to me needing some updating.

Almost a great place to stay, we reserved a big room with a couch. Room was very big, but you could not see the tv from couch! They were on same wall, so we turned the very heavy sofa bed to see the tv, but the carpet was very dirty under the sofa! As big as the room was, the bathroom was small with a small sink counter that you could hardly put a travel kit on! Sometimes I wonder who designs rooms like this! Apparently they don’t stay in them. All that said we will book again, the breakfast and coffee were great!

It is sad this hotel would have so much potential, if the staff just cared enough to actually clean enough, the bottom of the showers were literally so dirty. I had to wear my crocs in the shower.

The staff just seems like they don’t care and they don’t even really pay attention.

Complimentary breakfast was great with variety of options and hot foods. The facilities were clearly built many moons ago, but was generally clean and satisfactory other than the bathroom - from its sliding doors to the floor, the shower was filled with mold and layers of grime, and the sink drainage was horrid.

This property needs room updates. Lots of things were broken in mulpile rooms. Had to have staff clean 2 rooms they put us in. But nothing in the area appeared to be an upgrade other then casino maybe.
