A nice well located hotel for a city stay.
Pros:

It was in a lovely location right beside retiro park which I would definitely recommend visiting. There are lots of nice shops and restaurants nearby. The pool area and rooftop was lovely. All the staff were very nice and accommodating (especially when our flight was at night and they allowed us to store or bags and use the pool).

Cons:

I didn't realize the basic double room was so small! Probably a mistake on my behalf but make sure to look out for it. Also we didn't know until we go there that we had to book the pool beds and we could only book them for an hour each day. However, most times we could stay for longer as it wasn't too busy which was great.

Beautiful break with superb views of Madrid
Pros:

Everything. The room was clean, huge bed, lovely bathroom with Rituals toiletries and a handy pack of complementary essentials like razors and tooth brush. Mini bar a bonus. The roof terrace with pool and panoramic views of Madrid was exceptional. Food and drink also excellent. Location next to Retiro Park was beautiful and handy to get to lots of places.

Cons:

The pool is more for Instagram than swimming in (but brilliant for cooling off and has a spectatular view) and there is very small area with sun beds which you have to book for an hour at a time. Despite booking we were not able to get on as not very well managed. However, in the scheme of things, a very small niggle.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente a pasos del parque del retiro. El desayuno es muy bueno también.

Cons:

La habitación triple era muy apretada a punto de que al colocar la cama extra no se podía abrir el frigobar. En el desayuno dejaban aparte el jugo de naranja para servírtelo ellos en vez de dejarlo en el buffet . El restaurante de planta baja muy mal servicio, muy demorado, traen platos equivocados.

Gutes Hotel für einen Städtetrip

Die Lage war top und das Frühstück vielfältig und qualitativ gut

Cons:

Das Personal beim Frühstück hat leider nur in einem von 4 Fällen unsere Wünsche umgesetzt. Aus unserer Sicht ganz klar ein Verständigungsproblem. Allerdings sollte ein Hotel mit so einem Anspruch Personal beschäftigen, das zumindest die Grundkenntnisse der englischen Sprache beherrscht. Wenn es kein Sprachproblem war, wäre es viel schlimmer, dann wären einfach nur unsere Wünsche ignoriert worden.

Ubicación y terraza estupenda, para bebidas

Cons:

Estuvimos solo una tarde y la noche porque continuábamos de viaje y surgieron varios problemas.Cogi habitación superior porque éramos 3 y sinceramente era muy pequeña. La ducha se atascó y empezó a salirse el agua. Es cierto que el personal de mantenimiento vino enseguida. Cayó una tormenta de verano cuando salíamos a cenar y nos quedamos en el hotel. La terraza estaba cerrada por el viento y lluvia y en el restaurante abajo, la carta no tenía nada que ver y la comida fue muy mala. Primero se olvidaron del plato de mi hija que al final tardo hora y media en llegar y el mío, estaba tan salado que no pude tomármelo. Y el resto muy malo. Una decepción que fuera tan mala para la única noche que estábamos en Madrid.

Fijn relaxed hotel met goede voorzieningen op een mooie plek
Pros:

De inrichting, goede kamers, faciliteiten en de relaxte sfeer.

Cons:

Jammer dat er op de rooftopbar gerookt mag worden. Dan zit je niet lekker te eten en te drinken.

Amamos nuestra estancia en el H10 de Alcalá
Pros:

Me encantó, el hotel es muy lindo, descontracturado, muy bien ubicado, y la atención es lo mejor de todo. Son cálidos amables y responden enseguida a cualquier pedido, cualquiera sea la persona que te atienda.
Me encantó mi estadía allí. Lo recomiendo y volvería.
