Pros:

Well appointed, clean, quiet but central enough to many sights. Staff was helpful & courteous(muchas gracias Eva Bravo).

Cons:

Washclothes & slippers would have been a nice touch . Would like there to be better communication between booking.com & Hotel. We know that getting an early arrival check in is not guaranteed nor is specific bed type requests but Booking.com & the “direct” messaging interaction with the Hotel gave us the impression that the Hotel was well aware of these requests/preferences. Upon arrival at 6am, it seemed like this was not noted on our reservation.

Great Property
Pros:

Great property and rooftop. Great location by Retiro Park. Restaurant food is very good as well. Only complaint is a Spain and Portugal thing limiting how cool your room can be. We found sleeping as too warm. Would definitely stay at H10 again.

I’ve stayed there twice and I plan to stay there again in the future.
Pros:

All excellent! Location, room, Ritual´s amenities, cleanliness, the rooftop. It's expensive, but worth it.
