Amazing Location. Great staff.
They could upgrade the pillows
Location to Sydney Central Station
No view
Poor room lighting
Majorly overpriced
Everything 🤩
everything
nothing
The room was comfortable and clean
The pool was closed the first two days we were there, we had no prior notice of this, and if we had we would’ve stayed elsewhere as this was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel in the first place
The breakfast was very good.
The mattress in bed had no mattress protector and the base sheet one day was for a single bed, not a king size bed. They also pushed 2 single beds together to make the so called king size so with no mattress protector on it there was a big dip in the middle making it extremely uncomfortable. The Duty manager response was beyond appauling. When they thought they had corrected the problem they hadn't so I showed him photos of exposed mattress to PROOVE my complaint. The relationship between Bed bugs and exposed mattresses does not have to be elaborated on. Disgusting hygiene standards by housekeeping and the Duty Manager.
Muy bien ubicado para mí viaje.
La espera del ascensor.
The location and staff were fantastic. It was very clean and neat. The rooms were in the process of being updated.
The air con in the bedroom was very noisy of a night time. So much so we needed to have it turned off! It was more expensive than other hotels nearby but we had a conference there, so for convenience sake we stayed on location.
I loved how clean and tidy it was along with the great service from staff you were all lovely and I will definitely be back!
Nothing to fault
The proximity to central railway station. The indoor pool & spa.
Reasonable price.
Pleasant front desk staff.
Sloppy housekeeping,. Towels removed during tidy up & not replaced, Had to ask several times to get replacements.
No top ups of tea, sugar or coffee, ended up buying some from local store.
Very uncomfortable bed. Big zipper down the middle that was not covered.
Average breakfast at an expensive price. Better value at nearby cafes.
Sydney Brewery ~ good beer , but very average food.
The staff was really friendly and helpful in finding a solution when we encountered problems (see below).
We had to move rooms twice. The first room was simply outdated and not clean (hairs, stains, etc.). When telling staff at the reception she smiled affirmatively, as we apparently were not the first one filing such complaint. The second room had problems with the AC and was therefore extremely damp, causing for asthma problems. The third room was spacious but we found the beds in all three rooms to be way too soft. Providing not enough support for two athletically build 6’2, 80kg men. Had to engineer something ourselves to provide for a comfortable stay as there were several other things that weren’t up to par for what you can expect of a 4-star hotel.
P.s. we noticed other people moving rooms too due to similar issues.
