Location - discount for not having the room serviced.
Being charged for mini-bar items when we never took any mini-bar items, This sems to happen frequently when I stay at Sydney Hotels. Thankfully I was able to get a refund, but i shouldn't have had to contact the hotel for this to occur.
This doesn't give me confidence of the honesty of cleaning staff.

I was able to check in late at night as I had a late flight arrival. The room was away from the lifts, so it was very quiet as requested.
I was looking forward to making myself a cup of tea before getting dressed. However, the search for a power point that worked became an ordeal. I finally found one on the beside table which is not the safest place to boil a kettle. At this price point all power points should be available for the guest to use.
