Comfortable and present stay.
Pros:

Big room, good location.

Cons:

Bed mattress a bit on the soft side. Lifts are slow. We requested for early check in, and the receptionist kindly said she would look into it. I provided my email address for her to inform me but the email didn't come. When I checked out at the reception before the normal check-in time, the room was already ready.

Perfect location, so easy to walk to and from light rail.
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

Not enough specific directions to the Manna Loft restaurant and brewery. I think a sign directly in front of the elevators pointing in the right direction would be great. Myself and a few others I saw stepped out cautiously to make sure it was the right level.

Nice hotel with a great pub.
Pros:

Great location with nice neighbouring pub / restaurant. Easy to access transport.

Cons:

Beds were so soft we both had sore backs.
Pool was closed for renovation but no info about this until we arrived.
