Very pleased!
Pros:

Was a comfortable stay, enjoyed the rooms was spacious. The bed was good (but very soft). Really enjoyed the spa and pool area was a nice escape on a rainy day. The hotel bar was good for a pre cocktail drink before going out for dinner. And the buffet breakfast was excellent! The location is very good, with onsite parking which we had included in our room.

Cons:

The sauna unfortunately wasn’t working 100% and was a bit difficult to operate.

Theres only 2 lifts which are very slow, so did feel like we spent alot of time waiting for lifts

Location was great . Just a short walk to Capital Theatre .

Was an okay stay. Couldve been better.
Pros:

I liked the room fine and the bed was comfortable. No complaints there. Pool and spa also lovely

Cons:

I ordered food and I could've done with some plates and cutlery. Also, there was no microwave or spare towels. There were no towels in the pool area either so I had to share one of the room towels with partner. Also, couldn't get the sauna to work.

Superb location
Pros:

the sauna and jacuzzi are great, can relax a bit after the long day. location is perfect, just 5mins walk to Train station and also Light rail /bus stops.

Cons:

The cleaning was not detail enough, we missed the floor towel and no paper roll refilled as well. We asked the hotel for that and they sent them right away. But could be more attentive to details during the cleaning.

Great Hotel near Central Station
Pros:

Room was large and clean. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was great. Location is excellent when you need to be close to Central station.

Pros:

Staff where extremely helpful and ensured we were looked after. Facilities were clean and location was perfect. Ease of public transport and food outlets. Will certainly stay again.

Cons:

Accessible room was booked however the room was not flat and had a large incline into the bathroom. For a self propelled wheelchair user, this was difficult to get up. Room was not large enough to get a wheelchair in the door and to manoeuvre around the bed/room. Room 907 is not what I would call an accessible room. Yes, bathroom grab rails and shower shelf/seat and is a large bathroom, however room is certainly not.
