Best location in Boca. I've live here before, and this is perfectly "centered" and close to the main south Florida artery, the I-95. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Great property, with updated rooms and good gym, pool, restaurants and business facilities. Fantastic team. I spent 2 weeks here for work, so I have quite a list of shootouts amongst their starred team: Malik, who made a difference when it counted, Christa, Firuza and Darlene, who made hospitality mean home. Tammy and the whole bar staff who always got my expressos and lattes just right. Great stay, for an intense 2 weeks of work

We had an incredible 4-night stay at the Boca Raton Marriott, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to Dylan. From the moment we arrived, he stood out for his genuine kindness and welcoming attitude. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of.

What really impressed us was how spot-on his recommendations were—whether it was places to eat, things to do, or just helping us navigate the area, every suggestion was exactly what we were looking for. It made our trip so much more enjoyable and stress-free.

Dylan’s friendliness and attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. He made us feel like more than just guests, and that level of service is rare. We truly appreciate everything he did for us and would absolutely return because of the experience he helped create.

Great location and great staff. Very good service from the front desk as well as the housekeeping. Always quick to respond with any requests that I had. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. Great experience for a Marriott property and very accommodating to my lead checkout request as well. The onsite restaurant has very good food options. Noise levels minimal.

My fiance and I celebrated a wonderful and relaxing anniversary at Boca Raton Marriott, thanks to their exceptionally kind and hospitable GM Marta Rekosiewicz, as well as Luisa Marullo. Dylan and Shondrel at the front desk were both very friendly and helpful as well. The hotel itself is located in a perfect central location at Boca Center, where we could walk right out to the shops and restaurants. The buffet breakfast had many choices, and the gym was well-equipped. The room was remodeled with a beautiful view over Bica. We just had a great time and hooe to return soon!

This was our second stay at the Boca Raton Town Center Marriott and it was just as delight and comfortable as our previous one. Every staff person made an effort to enhance our stay and Dylan at the front desk was particularly helpful with our needs. Thank you again and we look forward to our next visit at this hotel property.

My stay at Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center was absolutely amazing! The staff is always friendly, the property is consistently clean, and they truly go above and beyond to accommodate your needs.

She is always kind, always pleasant, and makes you feel genuinely welcomed from the moment you arrive. Her level of courtesy and professionalism is unmatched. Had a AC issue, called the front desk.

Within minutes Dylan was up moving us to an upgraded room.

We didn’t ask, he offered. These gestures are why we continue to stay at Marriott properties.

My family stayed at the hotel in Florida this past week. The staff, especially Dylan, was very accommodating. We went in the pool and ate good meals at the restaurants in the shopping center. We also got good ice cream at Hoffmans.

Neil the bar tender was awesome! He was great 👍🏽

Fabulous property! Spacious room. Immaculately cleaned. Amazing concierge center with full generous breakfast's and late “bites” that could easily be a full three course meal with dessert! Manicured gardens. Incredible pool and hot tub.

And as if Florida did not provide enough sunshine, Dylan and Mary at the check-in welcome desk were as sunny and welcoming as possible! Professional and knowledgeable. But more importantly accommodating and personable!!

Upon arrival we were greeted by the sweet young doorman, wish I remembered his name. Check-in was a bit busy, however Brandon Alfaro was able to help me with an error I made in my reservation. Grateful to him for saving the day.

Not only was my room clean and modern, but the hotel was up to standard in regard to cleanliness and service.

I did feel the food and drinks were overpriced for being mediocre. Next visit I know to eat outside of the hotel since there are many great options in the area. Overall a great hotel.

We ate in the lounge provided for premium guests which was lovely as was the service . The rooms were very nice although perhaps more clothes space could be provided.

One person in particular stood out . His name was Pete and he greeted guests at the front door . He exemplifies everything that Marriott stands for in terms of inclusiveness . This gentleman was a wonderful example for you as a number of guests said. It’s a shame more organisations don’t showcase their people this way .

This hotel has so much potential. Nice lobby, friendly staff, nice pool and good location. The greatest missing piece that would make this a truly perfect hotel is the cleanliness. Step up housekeeping including monitoring and enforcing standards and the sky’s the limit. But unswept floor, poop on the toilet and hair (including from unmentionable areas) in the shower just ruin the experience.
