Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center

We can’t say enough great things about our stay at the Marriott in Boca Raton, especially because of Brandon Alfaro at the front desk. Our flights were canceled and we needed last-minute accommodations, and he was absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in.

Brandon was calm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful during what could have been a very stressful situation. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of, and his professionalism and kindness truly stood out.

The hotel itself was wonderful the rooms were spotless, our view was beautiful, and the location is perfect with great restaurants just steps outside the back exit. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic everything was fresh and delicious.

Thank you, Brandon, for turning a travel headache into such a positive experience. Because of you, we’ll definitely be back!

We had a fabulous stay at the Boca Marriott. It is conveniently located in the heart of Boca and surrounded by restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel staff is professional and friendly.. Mary, at the front desk, went above and beyond in making our stay so enjoyable! We will definitely come back!

The hotel is well located centrally close to amenities like mall and restaurants ample parking.
Food was excellent.
And the service was formidable.
We were warmly welcomed at reception by Ms. Mary Staley, who took special care of our needs in an helpfull and going the extra mile for any of our needs whether it was small or big.
Nothing was too hard for het to arrange, and all was done efficiently and quickly.
Her warm accommodating relaxed manner, her smile made our stay in this big hotel feel as if we are in in a small intimate 5 star boutique hotel.
She showed us the epitome of what an excellent service feels like,and for that we thank her from the bottom of our hearts.
We wish Mary all of the best in life and may she always enjoy and being rewarded for her excellent professional and humane service.

What a wonderful hotel! This is a beautiful, recently renovated Marriott located within walking distance to many shops & restaurants in Boca. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, immaculate with extra comfortable beds — you will notice this detail!

But what really stood out for me during my 4 night stay, is the excellent staff on site, whose professionalism and care really made my stay above and beyond.
Even before I arrived with my husband and two kids, Brendan at the front desk was able to help me make a change in my reservation and offer an upgrade (Bonvoy member - super worthwhile!) Brendan is an absolute GEM and his customer-care really made a difference as I juggled the details for a busy extended-family event weekend in Boca.

As soon as I arrived Chelsea and Sarah welcomed our family and after a long day of travel, I felt like I was finally on an actual vacation!

I was also assisted during my stay by Mary, Nesland and Barry who were super helpful at the front desk.

This is such a gorgeous and relaxing property and my family is so grateful for everyone’s help in making our stay so special.

It was really such a respite to come back each night and unwind at this lovely hotel.

Neil, the kind gentleman who was serving at the hotel restaurant Sunday morning, was amazing. I watched how fast and attentive he worked with everyone with a pleasant attitude and I really appreciated it. Thank you Neil.

After arriving to the hotel after a delayed flight, I was not warmly greeted by all front desk staff. There were 3 young ladies but one was EXTREMELY condescending. I was not properly directed to the elevators. Housekeeping was nice enough to assist me. My room was unimpressive. So much hair was all over the toilet seat AND tissue roll. Thankfully, I travel with Clorox wipes. Dried bits of food were present on the desk. Again, thankfully I travel with Clorox wipes. I usually clean my own room after check-in. There was also a weird smell in the room. This was probably due to the decorative rugs.
The positives were: parking was free and convenient.... and breakfast service was great.

This hotel was lovely. The location is quite good and connected to a retail center with many great shops and restaurants. Our room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Marriot lounge for members was a nice perk and provided lots of food options. This hotel has a parking lot that is free, which is a nice benefit without additional fees to park your car.

The hotel room was nice. Sara was very kind to help us in making our stay comfortable. Gave us great service.

From the moment we walked into the hotel until we checked out, we were treated to a fantastic experience. Mary and Leona at the front desk were the epitome of white glove customer service. In fact, I'd go as far to say that they could train front desk staff on behalf on Marriott worldwide. This of course, comes from their manager, who also went above and beyond. I believe her name was Luisa, again just top notch. Just mentioning in passing that we were celebrating a birthday, and there was fruit tray delivered to one of the rooms. This attention to detail, in these days of horrific customer service, was so impressive.
This stay was precisely an experience, not just a hotel stay.
The new renovations were fabulous as well.

My family and I love this hotel! We stay here whenever we visit family in the area. The location is perfect, with tons of shops and restaurants in the same shopping center. Additionally, rooms have recently been redone and are very clean. Staff is so nice and makes us feel right at home. Special shout out to Neil and all the breakfast staff in the morning- they always greet us with a big smile and are friendly, kind and accommodating! Highly recommend staying here!

I stayed for two weeks for a work related training. Overall the experience was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive to all of my needs. Tammy at the restaurant was terrific in the mornings when I got breakfast. Whenever she saw me after the 2nd day she already had my beverages for breakfast and table ready. Everyone else was also friendly. Only downside is it is in a courtyard with two sports bar type restaurants immediately outside so it could get loud during football games, but they can't do much about that. Room climate control was perfect. No issues with my vehicle or security in the lot. Overall would very much stay again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my accommodations at this Marriott! Sara at the front desk was awesome, she was both knowledgeable and helpful adding to my positive experience.
