A lovely hotel with good facilities and friendly staff.
My room was a little dark, even with all the lights on and the aircon unit was quite noisy even when turned off.
No breakfast, it was not offered. They gave me two waters. I wish they would at least have offered a snack like chips or cookies. It would have enticed me to want to purchase more. Iffer
The could offer a free or cheap boxed Continental breakfast.
Clean
Housekeeping knocking on my door at 8.20am.
Everything was perfect during our stay!
It was beautiful and clean! ALL of the staff were super sweet and helpful. Loved the location as well! Thank you for your hospitality!
Beware... the front desk staff is very rude and not helpful and will raise your rate and tell you that you upgraded your room when you did not. I tried to work with them and they refused and charged me $40 extra dollars on a $500 bill. Will not be back and stay at a Hilton again at this point. Also the rooms A/C was so noisy you could not sleep at night, but I did not complain about it... I guess I should have since I "upgraded" to a room with a noisy A/C system.
It was clean and the rooms are spacious. Check in/check out process is very easy.
You have to pay for breakfast. I’ve never stayed a place that I have to do that. Also there was a weird noise in my room that sounded like water was constantly running. It was coming from a vent. I have no idea. Also, if you need any extra blankets or towels, you have to go down and get them yourself.
I have been a Hilton Honors member for more than two decades and have stayed at hundreds of Hilton properties around the world. I am also a Marriott Bonvoy member and have stayed at many Marriott properties as well. I mention this only to make clear that I travel frequently and have a reasonable basis for comparison.
I stayed at this hotel for two nights this week, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in a long time.
First, I was assigned a room on the first floor, located near the rear entrance. The constant slamming of the door throughout the night made it very difficult to sleep. Second, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and appeared badly outdated. My room had two beds, and I tried both, but neither was any better. The pillows were also very flat and uncomfortable.
For approximately $300 per night, plus taxes, I would expect a much better sleeping experience, including decent sheets, pillows, and bedding. Instead, the sheets and comforter felt very low quality.
The breakfast was just okay. There is an $18 buffet, which I did not find to be worth the price. The hotel also offers basic à la carte options. The coffee was cold and lacked flavor. That said, the breakfast staff was attentive and friendly.
The location is convenient if you need to be close to the airport, which is about a 15-minute drive. However, there is very little within easy walking distance. The hotel is located on a major road with heavy traffic, and crossing the street requires walking to the nearest traffic light. The nearby options are mostly fast-food restaurants, gas stations, and a Denny’s about two blocks away, which is not ideal in the Dallas heat.
At checkout, the hotel was unable to print my receipt.
Overall, the hotel needs a significant upgrade. Given the condition of the rooms, the quality of the bedding, and the overall experience, I found it to be grossly overpriced for what it offers. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it.
The rooms are always nice, clean and roomy
I added a person to room and the rate went up.
