With 5 floors and ample accommodations I was mishandle by the Caucasian male at the front desk.
Cons:

As an single African American woman, I didn't like the fact that I was placed in an conjoined room at the end of the hall next to the exit door. I felt extremely uncomfortable like I was being setup for human trafficking.
