Hotel mit praktischer, centraler Lage gut, Zimmer Ambiente und Infrastruktur mangelhaft, keine 4 *
Pros:

Das Hotel wurde nicht mehr richtig instand gehalten, die Hotelgänge sehen aus wie aus den siebziger Jahren...Die Lifte sind sehr klein und wenn man die Etage erreicht hat, ist es erstmals dunkel, dass man meint man sei im Keller angekommen, aber die Lichter gehen erst bei Betreten des Stockwerks an. Am Tag unnötiges Strom sparen bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel! Das Hotel verdient höchstens drei Sterne, besser residiert man im Ibis Hotel das im gleichen Gebäudekomplex liegt, da hat man beim Frühstück wenigstens Aussicht ans Tageslicht, beim Novotel einzig die Sicht auf die Eingangshalle des anliegenden Shopping Centers, kein Tageslicht.

Cons:

Hotel besser unterhalten und renovieren. Frühstücksraum am Tageslicht.

Konumu çok iyi, temiz, güleryüzle personel, tekrar konaklamak isteriz.
Pros:

Otel nehrin kenarında, tramvaya yürüme mesafesinde, tren garına ve merkeze ulaşım rahattı. Resepsiyon ekibi son derece ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Çocuklu iki aile olarak konakladık ve odaların birbirine yakın olmasını rica etmiştik. Talebimiz dikkate alınarak iki bağlantılı oda ayarlanmıştı; bu ince düşünce bizi gerçekten çok memnun etti. Otelin lobi tasarımı oldukça şık ve ferah olup, ilk andan itibaren hoş bir izlenim bırakıyordu. Odamız sessiz ve sakindi, ses yalıtımı başarılıydı. Klima kısa sürede ortamı ısıttı, yataklar ise oldukça rahattı. Ailece konforlu ve keyifli bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık.

Cons:

Hiçbir şey. Resepsiyon ekibine tekrar teşekkür ederiz.

Boa localização, com saída do hotel já dentro do shopping, incluindo supermercado e opção conhecida de fast food de lache

Cons:

Localização da recepção confusa (entrada próxima a outro hotel), café da manhã fraco e desorganizado, com funcionários sem uniforme e por esse motivo difícil conseguir ajuda. O mais grave: durante a madrugada uma criança de aproximadamente 3 anos ficou sozinha nos corredores batendo nas portas dos quartos, e a situação se repetiu pela manhã, achei extremamente perigoso para a criança e inadmissível. Pedimos que tomassem uma atitude e solicitamos a troca de quarto por causa do barulho e negaram; só ofereceram após solicitarmos cancelamento e reembolso. Optamos por ir embora devido ao barulho, desorganização e insegurança. Experiência horrível.
