3 jours de qualité avec un personnel au top
Pros:

Séjour de 3 nuits pour 3 adultes : la chambre était parfait : la literie, l’espace et la qualités des prestations. Le personnel a été très attentionné dans l’ensemble de l’hôtel, les installations fitness et piscine sont impeccables et accessibles tôt et tard chaque jour.

Cons:

Bémol : impossible de savoir où trouver , récupérer un peignoir pour aller à la piscine.

Pros:

El personal es excelente, muy agradable y atento. Tienen manzanas disponibles para los huéspedes, lo cual se agradece enormemente. El bar es muy bueno y quienes atienden son geniales. Hay un chico ucraniano que te hace sentir como en tu casa.

Cons:

La atención en el desayuno es demasiado lento, cada fase del proceso toma mucho tiempo. Ahora, la comida es muy buena y la gente que atiende muy amable.

Excellent location for a Raptors game adventure!
Pros:

The location was perfect for our planned week; we were able to walk everywhere downtown. Not a single cab needed!

Cons:

The staff in the restaurant were mediocre but I would not use that to discredit this property.

Recommend - great hotel!
Pros:

This hotel was great. The location was perfect, with a close walk to Union Station and easy to get around the rest of the city. The room I had was spacious and very clean, and I felt very safe as a traveller on my own.

I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Make sure new rooms are ergonomically sound

Location and atmosphere

Cons:

Brand new room. Lighting not good in hallway, no handle next to toilet, closetdoors were used by heavy weight visitors for stability and little crooked. Have a look at the ergonomics of the room. Otherwise comfortable

Pros:

No geral achamos que é bom hotel, central, perto de tudo na baixa. Quarto confortavel, padrão europeu. Optimo pequeno almoço. Staff simpático e atencioso, especialmente a equipa do pequeno almoço. (obrigado Anna), Ginásio pequeno, mas funcional, boa piscina.

Cons:

Só ficámos desiludidos com o fecho da piscina. Como era uma manutenção anual deveriam ter avisado aquando da reserva.
