The staffs were helpful and polite

Cons:

The place felt quite outdated—the lobby looked old and there was only one staff member on duty. There wasn’t even complimentary water, and the lighting in my room was terrible. My view overlooked an old apartment building with an awkward layout ,parking below and buildings above which made the whole experience feel uncomfortable rather than relaxing. The noise from other rooms .
Parking was another issue: extremely tight spaces and an added cost of $40 per night, which felt unreasonable. Breakfast really should have been included at that price point. On top of that, they placed a $300 hold for the two rooms I booked but only refunded $150, which seems odd—I’ll definitely be calling to clarify that.
