Lots of outlets for our electronic devices.
The garage was kind of dirty, it took a lot of time to take the garbage which overflow.
Ob prihodu sva receptorja prosila nam nsj uredi sobe v istem nadstropju. Zelo se je potrudil in za našo 5 člansko družino smo dobili dve povezani sobi. Sobe so prostorne. Ozbira hrane za zajtrk dobra, zelo prijazno osebje pri zajtrku. Dobra lokacija hotela, večino ogledov smo opravili peš.
Da se fitness zapre ob 11h. Sicer pa nimsmo pripomb.
We made a reservation for 2 rooms and asked the hotel for them to be connected. And they did their best to fulfill our request. The hotel is in an excellent location, near St Lawrence market.
The reception is a bit small and uncomfortable, also the garage was full and had a hard time to find a free slot. But overall the hotel is excellent for a family.

Location was fantastic, very close to the St Lawrence market and only a 15 minute walk to the distillery district. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Quality products in the bathroom (soap, shampoo, etc). Convenient parking (not included).
A few things! No body lotion available in the bathroom. The staff friendliness was a hit or miss. A fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and communication was poor… need to do better!

Problème avec les chaînes TV, mais suite à un appel de service, problème résolu. Dans la description, il était écrit peignoir et pantoufles inclus , aucun dans la chambre.

Nos desalojaron en plena noche por salto de alarma de incendios. Estuvimos un buen rato en la calle en pijama y todavía estoy esperando que alguien me de la mas minima explicación al respecto
Nice hotel in an excellent location for getting around Toronto. Beds and pillows were super comfy and i slept great each night. The small round mirror stand in the bathroom and conditioner bottle pump were broken and didn't work unfortunately which was annoying. Friendly staff and we enjoyed our stay but with the rate we paid to stay at this hotel for 5 nights which was really expensive, it didn't include breakfast even which we felt was disappointing. Have stayed in nicer hotels with breakfast for a lot less money actually. Toronto is a lovely city but hotel prices in downtown Toronto are way overpriced for what you actually get which can be a bit disappointing really.
Very expensive rate and the most expensive rate I've ever paid to stay in any hotel actually.
The location is very convenient to Union Station and nearby sights near Toronto's old town such as the distillery district, harbour, etc. The room met all my expectations, and the included breakfast buffet had a good range of options. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was only staying one night before my flight home from Pearson International, so didn't use any of the other facilities.
