Location in front of the beach. Comfortable renovated room
Reception hall area looks a bit depressing very dark with no windows. Would have expected a better atmosphere for a five start Hotel
Room has good space and view to the beach. Bathroom clean and functional.
Location is perfect, close to the beach, which is at a very child friendly part during low tide period.

Unfortunately, it was not a good option for our stay. Room 514 had a strong musty smell and all the furniture in the room was in a very poor state of repair. I asked to change rooms and they put us in an “acceptable” apartment.

Excelentes atendimento, proximidade com a praia e academia (Smart Fit) com bom custo benefício. O apartamento que fiquei era reformado que ficou excelente. Muito legal também o mascote Xodó (cachorro que apareceu no hotel e que hoje faz parte do antendimento rsrs).

Hotel com muito potencial, mas precisande de reformas urgente que parece já terem começado. Equipe atenciosa e destaque para o Xodó o simpático cão recepcionista. Café da manhã ótimo.
Hotel antigo. Nisso não teria problema. Mas nosso quarto tinha mofo no teto, com fungos crescendo e uma goteira de manchar o piso (ou seja, problema MUITO ANTIGO). Só percebi quando retornei do jantar quase meia noite, com uma criança dormindo no colo. Como era só uma noite, não pedi para trocar pela exaustão. Mas acho inadmissível que esse quarto seja oferecido aos hóspedes, considerando que qualquer pessoa que fosse higienizá-lo teria verificado as condições apresentadas.
Custo muito alto pelo que o hotel entrega de conforto, comodidade e experiência.
Instalações antigas, restaurante ruim. Pedi um picadinho de filet mignon, a porção pequena, carne dura (com certeza não era filet mignon) e não muito saboroso. Os apartamentos não dispõe de ferro de passar roupa, também não tem um espaço para passar a sua própria roupa. Apenas o serviço de passadeira que é cobrado R$24,00 por camisa.
