Excellent central location, close to Moscone Center, shopping and plenty of restaurants, including a very good breakfast spot directly opposite the hotel. I stayed in a spacious and comfortable suite, and the sleep quality was excellent. The shower was great, and the staff were generally helpful and responsive whenever I needed anything. Coffee was also available both in the room and downstairs.

Cons:

The hotel is a little dated and could do with some modernisation. There is no breakfast service, although there are plenty of options nearby. While some of the front desk staff were genuinely welcoming, others could have been a little friendlier and more approachable.
