Staff was great. Would like rooms updated a bit.

hallways were really balmy and warm, took over 30 min to get car back from Valet, love the location

great staff, but didn't love the hotel.
Pros:

Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. The location was great.

Cons:

I had to get my room key re-activated twice. The room is clean, but just feels old. The curtains, blinds are awful. The bathroom spigot is terrible with bad water flow. Giving flavor water instead of regular water is a bad option. All of the doors are not made for travelers. There's nothing worse than when you try to open a door at a hotel and it's near impossible to get your luggage in before it closes on you - front door, and room door.

odada 30 cm askılık yer var bavul koyacak yer yok, masa, iskemle çok büyük. Havalandırması pek iyi değil odada koku var.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix pour un centre-ville.
Pros:

Personnel cordial, chambres spacieuses, lit confortable, salle de bain spacieuse avec une fenêtre. Situé à 1 minute à pied de la station des cablecar, du métro pour l’aéroport et des lignes de métro principales de SF

Cons:

Ma chambre donnait sur la rue. Relativement bruyant. Si vous êtes sensibles, demandez une chambre de l’autre côté.
Une seule capsule de café pour 2 nuits, c’est dommage.
