Gutes Hotel, gute Zimmer, Organisation und Betreuung ausbaufähig
Pros:

Zimmer war wie immer gut. Bad sauber. Bett

Cons:

fehlendes Duschbad auf dem Zimmer, Reinigung war nach 2 Tagen abgestimmt, wurde aber nicht durchgeführt, Telefon war ausgestöpselt, Kabel musste gesucht werden, viele nervige Kleinigkeiten. Rechnung 2 Tage später immer noch nicht da, wieder manueller Aufwand und nachhaken.

Perfect hotel in prime location
Pros:

Excellent hotel in a prime location in Dortmund - good parking and easy access to the town and beyond. The rooms are specious and the staff is excellent. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Cons:

Nothing really - only small point is that there was a lot of dust under the bed but otherwise very clean.
