Pros:

The location was great and the main reason for choosing this hotel. We picked an inner yard room which helped with not having any traffic noises.

Cons:

The bed was not the most comfortable but for a 1 night stay it is OK. There were some weird sounds at night, I woke up twice, maybe something in the ventilation or near the main door.

Sehr enttäuscht! Kann dieses Hotel keinesfalls weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption und die Tiefgarage sind leider das einzige was an diesem Hotel in Ordnung ist.

Cons:

Haben NH gebucht, weil ich bisher mit dieser Hotellkette nur sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht habe. Doch diesmal kam es anders:
- Die Heizung / Klimaanlage rattert wie ein Traktor, vor allem Nachts wenn alles ruhiger ist. Schaltet man sie ab, wird es wegen den undichten Fenstern schnell sehr kühl.
- Wegen den schlecht isolierenden Fenster, bekommt mann ebenfalls alles mit was auf der Strasse passiert. Mussten uns am zweiten Tag Ohrstöpsel besorgen damit wir überhaupt einigemassen schlafen konnten.
- Die Vorhänge dunkeln nicht vernünftig ab, lassen Nachts sehr viel Strassenlicht durch.
- Diese Matratze und das Kopfkissen sind in einer Jugendherberge ok, haben jedoch in einem NH Hotel nichts zu suchen.
- Zimmerreinigung auf Anfrage, sonst nur jeden dritten Tag. „Wegen Umweltschutz“ heisst es an der Rezeption…
- Das alles für über 350 Euro pro Nacht!
