Op het nippertje voldoende, maar niet bevredigend gezien de gevraagde kamerprijs.
Pros:

Kamer oke! Wel erg warm, airco ontoereikend voor een hotel met deze pretenties. Lif al langer kapot, kamer een keer niet schoongemaakt en niet voorzien van frisse en schone spullen (koffie, thee, glazen, servies)

Cons:

Professionaliteit. NH is eenvoudig niet professioneel. Communicatie (ruim vooraf) met hotel is niet verwerkt. Ook in dit opzicht voldoet dit hotel eenvoudig niet aan de verwachtingen. Personeel aan de balie is niet geïnteresseerd, niet klantvriendelijk en gelooft het wel. Jammer. Dit was de laatste keer NH.

Great hotel in Dortmund
Pros:

Located literally 2 mins from the station. Few minutes from the city centre.
Room was huge.
