Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel

From the moment we arrived, the experience at this hotel was great. What stood out the most was the incredible staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely happy to help.

The team at Al-Dana went out of their way to ensure that every request was handled quickly and with a smile. Whether it was helping with special tea requests or bananas, assisting with the kids, or simply checking in to see if we needed anything, the staff were always attentive and thoughtful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them.
It’s rare to come across a team that is not only professional but also so cheerful and kind. Their hospitality added so much to our stay and made the whole experience feel special. they even made my kids birthday special. Their positive energy made the entire atmosphere feel welcoming and relaxed.

We stayed for 5 nights.Our most favorurite part was no doubt the skypool on the 21th floor with stunning view and also the gym the a fantastic city view on the 20th. The food was exepcional, we always enjoyed every meal. Our room was clean, the atmosphere of the hotel was very nice. If had any question or needed help Dilki and her colleagues were always there to assist us!

Location is good , hotel is right opposite to the museum of the future, minutes away from attractions centre , Dubai mall and Khalifa building.

Staffs are amazing, welcoming particularly Sarah Loise smiles is infectious and their services . .

Rooms adequate, spacious, comfortable sofa, modern facilities present.

Hanna …. Cleaner managing the swimming pool area is kind and polite, she helped re-direct us to the right place.

Humidity smell in the room, need some maintenance and a fresh look, location is great as it is very close to the metro, friendly staff

All great from start to finish also got upgraded room which made our stay even better as room was empty so gave it to us. It was family room so it was perfect.

Our lunch at Cappucino’s was satisfying. The employees were very courteous and were extremely happy to hear that we enjoyed our meals.

Sincere and committed staff, just a few of instances otherwise. Kasun,Oshen, another young lady at the reception, other staff at the breakfast, the chef who makes the omelets stand out for their helpfulness and care.
I stayed at the residences and I found the infrastructure quite dated. Light bulbs not working, kettle that boils water with a cinnamon aftertaste (haha). Changed a room once.
I stayed for 7 nights. A decent hotel with some delightful staff. Good hearty breakfast.
It's at the heart of Sheikh Zayed and close to the DIFC.

I recently stayed at Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable hotel experiences I’ve had in Dubai.

From check-in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. To my surprise, I was upgraded to a Presidential Suite, which completely elevated the stay. The suite was incredibly spacious, beautifully maintained, and felt more like a private apartment than a hotel room. luxurious bathroom, and extremely comfortable bedding.

But the real highlight?
The stunning direct view of Museum of the Future right from the window. Waking up to that futuristic skyline — especially at night when it’s illuminated — was absolutely breathtaking.

The stay at this hotel was exceptional. The hospitality and warmth of the staff members enhances the stay experience. All the staff members are very helpful and supportive. A special shout-out to Mr. Rahmuttulah and Jenish from Conceirge department, they helped us with our luggage safe-keeping post check-out. Also, the housekeeping staff and the reception person who checked us in (both their names I don't know) were too good.

The rooms are clean and the bed is what you need after a much tiring day. The room size is good and the location is convinient, right opposite to the Museum of Future. 5 Mins walk to Emirates Tower Metro Station. Taxis are also easily available. Plenty of options to eat in and around the hotel. I will highly recommend Millenium Plaza Downtown for stay in Dubai.

Last year, I spent 15 days here at this hotel, and I am back this time for a period of 9 days, I am touched by the quality of the welcome that Miss HADYA had reserved for me, she is so helpful and excellent, also, I would like to mention SHUMAIL who makes an excellent service, and who ensures the comfort of my stay at the Swite that I occupy, thank you HADYA and SHUMAIL, they are very pleasant and sociable, I think of staying at Millenium plaza downtown Hotel on my next trip with my little family, during the school holidays.

Location was good for the expo meaning we could walk instead of getting a cab. The rooms are very tired though and not in a good state of repair. My first room had mould on the wall, dirty wall in the wardrobe, scratched taps and rusty shower curtain rail. When I complained I was moved to a second room which was slightly better but still had mould on the wall and a very tired looking bathroom with cracked wall tiles. The flooring is like a laminate floor from the 80's which is damaged and dirty. I have read other reveiws saying how clean this hotel is and I am baffled as to what those people saw. I will add photos from my stay in Feb 2026!

The hotel is typical of a well used centrally located hotel in that the furnishings are a little tired which does not reflect the official 5* rating. However, the hotel is clean, has a good breakfast choice, good gym, a pool with sunbeds, steam room with sauna and the on site Harvesters Bar was great with a long happy hour on selected drinks. The location is a perfect downtown setting with a main red line metro station 4 minutes walk away and a decent selection of restaurants around the vicinity if you are prepared to walk for 10 minutes from the hotel as a radius point. The staff are all amazing, friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back again.

Staff are lovely and friendly the food is very good but the hotel is falling to bits. The laminate flooring in our room was shocking and lifting. When you went to the toilet through the night the noises made by the floor woke my wife up and vice verser. Chunks out of the woodwork the bathroom door was dropping to bits. The corridors smelt of damp and we had an issue with our booking the reception could have done better. Five Stars when it opened but I would give it Two Stars.
