كانت إقامتي في فندق إنتركونتيننتال الأحساء تجربة جميلة جدًا، وأكثر ما ميّزها بالنسبة لي هو التعامل الراقي والمميز من الموظف حسين. ما شاء الله، خير من يمثل الفندق؛ شخص محترف، فاهم شغله بشكل ممتاز، متعاون جدًا، ويحرص على إيجاد حلول سريعة ويحاول بكل طريقة أن يرضي الضيف ويجعله مرتاحًا.

بصراحة، أحببت الفندق والأحساء أكثر بسبب هذا التعامل الراقي جدًا، وأتمنى أن تكون إقامتي دائمًا مع هذا الشخص المميز. حسين نموذج رائع للموظف الذي يمثل الفندق بأفضل صورة، وهو خير من يمثل كرم وحسن ضيافة الشعب السعودي.
