Besøker gjerne hotellet igjen dersom vi kommer tilbake til Hamburg.
Pros:

Nydelig hotell. Høyt under taket. Koselig frokostsal. Trivelig betjening. Sentrumsnært - kort til togbane som passet bra da vi skulle videre neste dag. Rimelig. Hyggelig rengjøringspersonale. Veldig spennende strøk for oss fra Finnmark.

Cons:

Det var litt dårlig utvalg på frokosten. Tror det var halalmat og derfor begrenset i forhold til hva vi er vant å spise. Men helt greit.
Rommene var ikke klare når vi kom, så det ble litt ventetid. Men det var mulig med oppbevaring av baggasje.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal

Cons:

Låg i ett mindre bra område. När vi kom hem på kvällen var det ett polisingripande utanför.
Fick vänta 1,5 tim på att få vårt rum. Kom kl 15 och då var inte rummet städat. Efter 1,5 tim väntan gav vi upp och när vi kom tillbaka på kvällen var det färdigt.

Mycket bra frukost, trevlig och hjälpsam personal, bra att vi kunde lämna i väskorna på resedagen. Gångavstånd till tåg och tunnelbanan.

Aamiainen ok. Sijainti lähellä juna-asemaa.

Cons:

Hotelli remontissa mistä ei kerrottu varaus tilanteessa. Meteliä ulkopuolelta koko ajan: remontin ääniä ja ihmisten ääniä, erityisesti illalla ja yöllä.

Duschbad nur mit Duschvorhang , Bad nach dem Duschen durch die Feuchtigkeit gefährlich!

Cons:

The rooms had no aircon which with the 30 degree weather you had to have the windows open. The room was facing the street wich made it very noisy. The lift was pretty slow.

Für eine Nacht konnte man es aushalten.

Das Bett war sauber … man konnte noch erkennen, dass dies mal ein schönes Hotel war.

Drogenumschlagplatz Nr 1, keine Klimaanlage - so schlimme Luft. Kein Kühlschrank, kein Tee oder Kaffee, im
Bad keine Fußmatte, die Handtücher waren nass, ob vom Vorbesucher oder noch vom Waschen weiß man nicht. King Size Bett war ein Doppelbett, mit 2 Matratzen … Hat auch leider niemanden interessiert. Personal war oberflächlich freundlich und desinteressiert. Habe für die Hälfte des Preises schon wesentlich bessere Hotels gebucht.
