Pros:

Very near the central train station. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was well-stocked.

Cons:

There wasn't a ramp to help with rolling suitcases by the main entrance.

Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich neben dem Hauptbahnhof. Vor dem Hotel sind sehr viele Drogen- und Alkoholabhängige Personen Tag und Nacht versammelt. Bei offenen Fenster schlafen ist unmöglich. Wir hatten ein schönes, großes Zimmer, mit seperaten Badezimmer und WC.

Chambre confortable, tres bien insonorisée, très calme malgré l'animation dehors

Cons:

Quartier pas très bien fréquenté, mais emplacement qui reste tres pratique car à proximité immédiate de la gare et de la gare routière

Im Hotel haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, genügend Auswahl und es wurde immer aufgefüllt.

Cons:

Leider war das Klientel um das Hotel herum, nicht sehr einladend. Daran können Sie ja leider nichts ändern.
Im Zimmer war es auch sehr heiß. Das Fenster konnten wir nicht offen lassen, da es sehr viel Lärm gab.

Pænt, ordentligt hotel - fuld valuta for pengene, men nabolaget er utrygt og beskidt.
Pros:

Værelset var pænt, rent og ordentligt, men med en kedelig udsigt til baggården. Mit værelse virkede til at være nyrenoveret og især badeværelset var meget pænt. Personalet var generelt venlige og imødekommende. Morgenmaden var udemærket og kaffen god. Hotellet ligger centralt i forhold til hovedbanegården og centrum.

Cons:

Området omkring hotellet var utrygt og meget beskidt.

Pros:

Wir mussten uns spontan umschauen, weil wir mit dem eigentlichen Hotel total unzufrieden waren. Auf spontane Anfrage wurden uns mehrere Zimmer und Möglichkeiten gezeigt. Also super nett und hilfsbereit und das noch zum Zeitraum des Hafengeburtstags.

The staff were very helpful and polite and professional.

The breakfast was good quality & quantity.

The bedroom was adequate for our needs.

Cons:

The location was very bad.
We had no clue as it was our first time in Hamburg, but we thought that being so close to a main train station that it would be a safe location.

There was always police presence / police vehicles pulling up in the square in front of the Hotel. We saw drug deals happening at the doorstep of the hotel, around us as we were walking around the hotel. We witnessed police chasing criminals in front of the hotel as we were walking out or in the hotel on more than one occasion. ..

It was quite frightening to watch & we didn't feel safe walking around the area to get in & out of the hotel.
