Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gute Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet und generell alles sauber.

Cons:

Die Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr klein und beengt.

Trevligt, gammalt vackert hotell. God frukost. Vänlig personal. Centralt läge vid järnvägsstationen.. Rimligt pris.
Pros:

Katastrof för oss att inte kunna checka in vid 11-12😱 Anledningen är att vid 80 års ålder hade min man behov av att vila lite innan vi gick ut o turistade i Hamburg. Vi kom med natttåget från Sverige. Det kom in kl 7 på morgonen. Vi hade gärna betalat extra för att ha fått rummet tidigare!🙏

Für eine Übernachtung völlig in Ordnung und ausreichend.

Sehr zentral gelegen und tolles Jugendstil Ambiente

Cons:

Die zentrale Lage ist in direkter Nähe zum Bahnhof und Busbahnhof und ist daher mitten im Drogenmilieu.

Enkel adkomst, med beliggenhet svært nært Hamburg Hbf. Gode senger.

Cons:

Hele plassen foran kryr av narkomane og andre med ulike utfordringer. Kan for mange virke utrygt.

Hotel ist für Städtebesuche empfehlenswert !
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral am Bahnhof,U- Bahn und Bushaltestellen,Personal größtenteils sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ,sauber.
Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück und wird immer wieder nachgelegt!

Cons:

Wir hatten ein 4 Bettzimmer gebucht, es wurde ein Zustellbett hineingestellt was leider sehr schlecht war!( daher die 7 Punkte)

Zimmer war sehr klein, aber für eine Übernachtung in Ordnung, Frühstück war gut, alles vorhanden, Lage des Hotels sehr gut am Bahnhof gelegen

Cons:

Haus ist schon etwas älter, Rezeption ist nicht gerade einladend.

For a weekend in Hamburg this hotel does the job well.
Pros:

Excellent location right by the main station, there is an entrance/exit to the metro about 20 meters away. Staff were friendly. A very good breakfast buffet, lots of choice.

Cons:

Issues at check in with our room. Sorted out in the end but we were sent to a room which already had people sleeping in it…

Две с половиной звезды, чистый номер и бомжи, прикзалья ,как только выйдешь за порог гостиницы
Pros:

Завтрак - на троечку.

Cons:

Отель, на ступеньках которого пачками сидят бомжи, а за окном в ночь истошно орут пьяные бродяги на привокзальной площади. Близость к вокзалу - преимущество и фатальный недостаток.
