Everything here is excellent. I always stay here for NY Fashion Week and with all the hustle and bustle the staff is always on point and helpful.

Great location and big and clean rooms
Pros:

The location is perfect, at the north west corner of the Times Square, very comfortable public transport options.
The hotel and the rooms are clean. The rooms are pretty big. There are three restaurants in the hotel. Three or four options for breakfast.

Cons:

There is not enough light in the room. it's impossible to read a book or do anything you need light for!!!

La ubicación del Hotel Edison es excelente para viajes de turismo, justo a una esquina de la plaza mas famosa de Times Square, con buen acceso a pie a muchas atracciones de Nueva York.

Cons:

Los precios de los servicios extras, como el restaurante o por ejemplo la lavandería, son exorbitantes y no se complementan con una relación calidad - precio aceptables.

Não eh um hotel que gostei , deixou a desejar ah eh o café da manhã não vale a pena pagar , ruim e desconfortável .

No check in chegamos tarde quase 9:00 pm, não foram simpáticos , queria pagar em 02 cartões não aceitaram , fizeram o maior confusão , eu tinha entendido que cobravam 100 dollares por dia de depósito , mas não adiantou ficavam gritando e fizeram eu pagar num cartão só e até agora não recebi o meu externo paguei 300 dólares a mais fui obrigada a pagar junto com a diária , já descontaram no meu cartão e até agora não tive o externo um absurdo e taxa altíssima fiquei em outros hotéis inclusive nos USA e não cobraram junto nem este valor de depósito , grata ah e para deixar as malas no check out , cobram por mala sendo que nunca paguei isso no mundo todo e pedi uma hora a mais para sair e cobraram mais 42 dólares por uma hora,

We have stayed at the Hotel Edison numerous times since the late 1980's. Its location is perfect.

Perfect location, close to everything in Manhattan, but a bit old hotel with cosmetic clean up, but actually needs mode

Great location, Time Square is just around the corner. Subway is close and Broadway is 2 min walk.

Cons:

The hotel is old and rooms feel a bit old snd not spacy, AC is noisy. Free breakfasts are actually not as free, you need to pay 6,5$ per person to have normal seat in meal, + 100$ deposit per day of stay is too much as for me, especially they return it in 30 days. Still waiting

La proximité de l’hôtel était le plus, c’est tout

Nous avons été placés dans une chambre au deuxième étage. J’ai tout de suite demandé qu’on nous change de chambre tellement il y avait de bruit nous avons été placés au sixième étage, sauf que dans cette chambre nous n’avions plus de machine à café… Et pour le bruit c’était un peu mieux. Pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner, je trouve que c’est très cher pour ce que c’était. Nous avons séjourné à un hôtel quelques jours avant l’hôtel. Margarita est honnêtement moins cher, plus confortable et meilleur petit déjeuner. Et le personnel était plus agréable là-bas.

It was great time at Time Square with comfortable stay at Edison Hotel
Pros:

Location of the hotel is best, it was right at Times Square, where you can walk nearby for all the attractions, and places.
I stay in two different types of rooms, I like queen rooms more than king-size rooms as in some rooms the planning is not the same. Beds are good in both rooms, so there is no complaint for that.

Cons:

Central air conditioning noise was sometimes loud, which really disturbs me, especially at night. You can not keep your bag in storage after 10:00 pm. Those who are traveling for a day or two from NY, for them, that is a bit painful as you may have extra bags, but you have to make a plan well in advance
