Perfect location! I've spent more than six weeks here in total now. I really love the atmosphere of the Edison.
During my last stay, I extended my reservation twice, following the instructions given to me by the hotel staff each time. However, the second extension apparently wasn't acceptable to the receptionist. She required me to pay an additional $50 fee, and even though I had already stayed here for more than two weeks and spent nearly $6,000, she also asked for an additional $100 deposit just to extend my stay by one more day.

Fantastic location, easily findable and accessible. Staff incredible, very friendly and accomodating.
Room felt dated, air conditioning unit quite dirty, seemed to have build up of dust in it. Shower head too low for tall individuals
The property was in a fantastic location between Broadway and Times Square
The first room we were allocated, a Queen room was far too small for two adults with luggage, no coffee/tea making facilities, TV overlapped the bathroom door and the frosting on the bathroom door appeared to be the wrong way round. No blind on the bathroom window meant that the room was light as soon as it was daylight outside.
However.. we upgraded to a refurbished King after two nights which was great. Plenty luggage storage, a desk and chair, blinds on all of the windows and a proper toilet door. The hotel was always spotlessly clean.
Fantastic location right in the middle of Times Square.
There were no issues everything was great.
Location. Convenience. Friendly, helpful staff. Security. Good restaurants on site. Complimentary water. Breakfast vouchers. Free wine in lobby. Quality Toiletries provided. Large TV. Beds comfortable. Loved having front and back hotel entrances. Saved walking time.
Handicap accessible bathroom. Shower wasn't separate from toilet/bathroom so water got all over everything. Had to wipe everything down with towels after shower.
