Great location, even being in Time Square it wasn’t too noisy. Busy hotel though. Great free additions like water, ice, wine 1700-1800 on selected days. The grab and grow breakfast is great value.
It was very busy, but to be expected considering the location. One of the reception staff wasn’t very helpful.
What would had made it way better would had been a mini fridge for drinks and food.
That when you got your breakfast you couldn't get a refill on the drink you bought with your breakfast.

Location and having two restaurants right there
Had no idea the lobby would always be so noisy and busy BUT it is NYC! Besides our room there was no quiet place to be. The hotel connection for watching a movie on room TV wasn’t working. After seeing matinees and walking all day webmissed being able to watch a movie

Great central location! Has an Art Decor feel - very busy with buzzing atmosphere! Easy access to theatres. Music in lift and generally everyone was happy!
The Grab and Go breakfast was a lovely addition.

Old rooms have a smell, and feel like they’re not cleaned well. Thin walls you can hear the neighbors chatting in the middle of the night.

Coffee is bad and the breakfast (scrambled eggs and toasts) was cold. Not a lot of choice either. I was supposed to have some wine for my birthday but I never received it.

The staff were not very friendly. I reported that a pair of pyjamas was missing four days before check-out, but nobody seemed to care. The receptionist simply told me to contact security, as they handle lost and found. However, security did nothing and never got back to us with any updates.
I asked every day whether there was any news, and I had to explain what was missing all over again each time, as if the staff did not communicate with each other at all. On the day of check-out, when I asked once again, a so-called “manager” came over and asked, “Who can prove that the item was even there in the first place?”
This is certainly not the kind of response I would expect from a four-star hotel. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
The room was also very noisy, making it almost impossible to sleep without earplugs. This seriously affected the quality of our stay.
Also, make sure you have sufficient funds available on your card. I used Revolut because my account is in a different currency from USD. At the beginning of our stay, they charged the full amount of the stay, including the deposit. However, on the last day, they charged us the full amount again, this time without the deposit.
When I asked why, the receptionist said it must have been a mistake and that the first charge would be refunded. Apparently, they have no problem charging $10,000 to your account and leaving you to deal with the consequences. Absolutely unacceptable.
Room was good. Elevators had minimal waiting time.
The breakfast. Too limited and has hidden costs. Why include it in the package at all.
