Everything wsa great beautiful room we asked for 2 separate beds and they did it, very clean hotel automatic doors and very good breakfast. We would go there again👏👏👏

Our stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment.
The property was nothing like the pictures shown on Booking.com. We paid €942 expecting a certain standard, but the reality was completely different. It is very frustrating to encounter such misleading listings on a platform we trusted.
The room was extremely small — there was barely any space to move. We were three people, including a child, and had to stay in a tiny bed together. We had also requested a baby crib in advance and chose this hotel accordingly, but not only was no crib provided, the room was so cramped that it would have been impossible to use one anyway.
We booked the hotel for four nights but could only stay for two nights. We could not tolerate the conditions any longer and had to leave early, meaning a large portion of our money was wasted.
The hotel was not clean and felt poorly maintained. The entrance and elevators were also in very bad condition and did not match what was shown online.
What makes this even worse is that despite all these issues, we are now being asked to pay an additional city tax. In our opinion, given the experience we had, compensation would have been more appropriate rather than requesting extra charges.
The only positive aspect is the location. However, overall the hotel is far below expectations for the price we paid and does not reflect what is advertised.
After this experience, I will not trust Booking.com again.

Great location and nice room but really small. View out to inside building so not pleasant, lots of stairs and only one lift so sometimes had to wait or walk six flights. Overall nice enough but expensive.
Check in took ages, room very small.
One of the best experiences that I’ve had in Rome! Very good location, close to everything! Staff was very friendly, the room was new and comfortable; the breakfast was great! The AC works, unlike in other hotels in Rome!
