Pros:

Centrally located. Close to all the shops. Next to bus stop and taxi stands. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Walking distance to all tourist attractions.

Cons:

Elevator was slow and sometimes does not work. You had to climb the stairs when elevator was busy and not stopping to pick you up.

Very fine.
Pros:

The staff was excellent. They did all they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible and were so friendly.

Cons:

The walls were very thin so we has a neighbor who stayed up until 12:30 talking every night. Good thing it was in a language we don't speak so we didn't feel like we were listening in.

We had a comfortable room and location was very good.
Pros:

Breakfast selection of pastries, coffees, meats and cheeses was very good.

Cons:

Perhaps the hours for breakfast could be extended, as we were going on an excursion and it was not open yet. The elevator was very small.

Hotel bueno con ubicación excelente
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable, a pocas cuadras de la fontana de Trevi, plaza España y coliseo. La gente que trabaja es muy amable en especial las mujeres del desayuno y xiomara de recepción. El desayuno es completo y rico

Cons:

La habitación que reservé decía pequeña pero era muy chica cuando llegué y metí dos valijas grandes y daba al contra frente 😅 pero estaba bien y el baño estaba muy bien. Lo malo es que es muy ruidoso las paredes son muy finas
