Early check-in, Old furniture, Not clean
Pros:

The only great thing in this hotel is the hospitality of the staff and the early check-in.
Just to be clear they offer to check you in early if you wrote a good review on google maps, it wasn’t an issue to me and I did give them a shoutout for the early check-in even before I walk into my room.
To be fair, I need to address one issue that I’ve noticed during my stay there, which is the cleanliness of the room.
The hotel is old and furniture is rusted, I really wish they renovate the rooms a bit to meet the customers standards, with that being said I don’t think I will come back to this hotel.

Hotel and customer service should improve. Not how it used to be, only staying for location.
Pros:

Location is excellent

Cons:

Hotel is so dated, there was a noise coming from the lift, they changed the room at the end but took some effort. Couldn’t charge my phone , had no English adaptor and plug in was fitting only old iPhones. Then they asked 5£ to use their adaptor.

Kind staff
Pros:

Peter was extremely helpful and kind. He helped us carry our suitcases straight to our rooms, while also patiently showing us where everything was in the room. It’s great to have someone serve you like this after a long and tiring travel
