Wouldn’t book again in the summer, due to there being no aircon. 32 degrees in the room on the 12th floor with an outsid

Good placement, central London. Nice spacious rooms with bath, fridge, safe and comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff and an amazing breakfast menu.

Cons:

There is no aircon! Even though they do advertise it the aircon doesn’t work more often than it does is what they said. We were on the 12th floor when it was about 25 degrees Celsius outside. The room measured 32! Without aircon and windows that barely open it’s completely undoable. Rooms do seem a bit outdated: old scratched up tv’s, furniture looked a bit battered and the tiles and grout started to crack/let loose at places.

Stayed one night with friends this is definitely not a 4 star hotel the hygiene of this room was unacceptable room looked like it had not been deeped cleaned in a very long time towels was grey bedding was also not up to standard maggots was found in the room taken pics for prof notified the front dest about this and they was not happy to do anything absolutely appalling service by them would not recommend staying here at all so many nice and clean hotels in London to choose from.

Disappointing
Cons:

Room was freezing and had to get staff to look at it. When it was fixed, there was a loud AC noise that was constant and kept me awake. It was never really warm when fixed either, so had an uncomfortable night sleep.
