staff were not friendly, the cleanliness of the bathroom was dirty. dirty mirrors, hair in the sink and bath. room was old and decrepit. the mattress was rock solid, woke with a bad back. walked to our room after check in, and walked over and around everyone room service trays or uber eats bags full of waste outside doors smelling the hallway. overall, never staying again.

Close to Sloane Square is the best bit.
Pros:

Location is great it’s about a ten minute walk from Sloane Square.

Cons:

What a noisy night, I could hear everything from the room above. Doors were constantly being banged closed on my floor. My room was on the main road side too, so I could also hear everything from the main road.
Sockets were on the main table which was inconvenient. Light switches were touch buttons and the bathroom door was a sliding door with no lock. The room was very small. Very old fashioned.

Great location. Standard rooms are small, but comfortable, with wide-ranging views over London.

Room too hot. Air conditioner did. Not work. Windows can't be opened. Asked for fan but the one we were given was really poor blighting was either on or off. No instructions in the room. Room quite dated
