Would definitely recommend and would stay again!
Pros:

Location was perfect, overall size and layout of room was great, very clean and staff very friendly. The vanity was very large and enough space for 2 to get ready and it was outside of the actual bathroom.

Cons:

The bathroom itself was extremely small. It appears to be an older hotel with a remodel. However, not enough plug ins near the bed though for all your charging needs.

Pros:

Felt mislead in photos, the pool was slimy and gross , our bedroom had a smoke smell , with stains on the floor , it was not what id expected for the price we paid . One of the workers was rude when we asked for towels because our room had only 1 one towl in it. The trash in the hallway by the elevator was piled up for an entire day. We were definitely displeased with the staff and the environment the hotel gave off. My yogurt i got was expired, and the fruit to put in your yogurt looked like it was sitting out for entire year before serving to people.

Stay was Great!!!!!
Pros:

The Hotel was immaculate. Pool area was phenomenal. Staff was very knowledgeable, approachable, friendly and accommodating. Casey is the best!!!!!!. She is the reason I will stay at the hotel again whenever in Kentucky!!!!

Nothing special , did not expect such product from hyatt

Cons:

Night staff is rude. Very unwelcoming demeanor. Just for simple questions he was giving very arrogant answer . Room has space for big sofa but that itself make eveything smaller . No room for a person in bathroom . Bed is so close to ac . Bathroom is small and dark . No microwave etc . Even charging a bottle of water with premium room price
