I liked how the front desk lady was so incredibly sweet and helpful plus they had a streaming tv which was great as well.
Unfortunately the bathroom had a pink bacteria/mold on the ceiling. The window unit hardly blew any air so it took over six hours to drop two degrees. It was so bad I called the front desk thinking the ac was locked at a temperature. Nope, just bad airflow coming from the unit. Thankfully the front desk lady was able to bring us a fan which helped a lot.
The place was covered in ants too which was odd. They were in the bathroom, all over the carpet, on the couch and in the bed.
For how much I paid for this room I was expecting something without bugs or mold.
Oh and the bathroom was horribly designed due to the toilet being a half inch from the door.

I really enjoyed the layout with the divider between sofa bed and bedroom.
The broken ice machine. It worked fine the first day, however, it experienced mechanical issues later. Overall great stay.

Could not close the bathroom door because of the toilet. Could not keep the TV on and working. Refrigerator not cold. Trim. Hanging off.
Horrible condition, cant believe Hyatt allows their name to be used. Ice machines nad laundry machines not working, lumps in carpet. so dated.
Convenient to all the places I need to go, Loved being next to the bookstore, felt safe in neighborhood, room was great, clean.

Excellent staff. Much better than the hotel we have stayed at for the past four years during our annual trip to Louisville for the NSRA Street Rod Nationals Car Show.
My first read some of the reviews saying do not stay here. Hotel needs upgrading and better customer service but my experience was great. Kaitlyn on the front desk was amazing. My room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.
The staff were kind and helpful. The room was on the first floor and close to a door for easier loading/unloading our belongings.
The bathroom was incredibly small and cramped. The door BARELY closed due to the placement of the toilet and larger walk-in shower. The room was fairly clean, but the bathroom had human and pet hairs stuck to the corners and dirty spots that were missed by housekeeping. No exhaust fan.
The pull out mattress was extremely flat and uncomfortable.
Overall, it needed a good scrubbing. Everything was shabby. The prices on amenities were astronomical ($5 for a 24-oz bottle of water and $8 for a small cup of knock-off Dip 'n Dots ice cream). The pool area needed to be restocked with towels. This hotel seemed overall like a forgotten property.
