The rooms were clean
The front staff were not very helpful or knowledgeable about the area. While riding my motorcycle they insisted I put a parking pass on my bike though high winds and rain. Saying if it falls off your bike will get towed. Offered no help or understanding. It was a shock to learn I had to pay $50 to park my motorcycle here. It was even more shocking to learn WiFi was a daily cost especially since none of these cost were in the booking prices. The elevators did not work half the time. There was one young lady around dinner time working the front desk and she was annoyed with me asking questions and apparently bothering her while her boyfriend was standing there. I’m sorry thought she was working not flirting with her boyfriend .

Staff was super! Location was a bonus with food accessible on foot in every direction. Cleanliness was evident and stellar!

Breakfast was okay coffee line was long only one machine for all those people is crazy. And not alot of variety of food.
Not enough space, pool was small and defenetaly paying for parking is crazy that you have to pay for parking in a place you have already paid for the stay. And we also saw a roach by the door.
you could improve on the coffee machine. knowing well, lots of people drink coffee and or chocolate in the mornings, the coffee machine sucks, takes too long. and there was no hot cocoa.
shower curtain too small, how can you not see it? . every time one showers, the floor gets flooded.
I asked for my two rooms to be close to each other and they were. Rooms were okay.
Staff was not friendly at all. We skipped breakfast because the kitchen area was not clean and it was a mess.
