The cleaning staffs who didn't speak very good English was very polite and friendly compared to hotel staff.
The room, I reserved with booking. Com "a king sweet" was not up to standard, there was no heat period. On my arrival on Christmas day 2025, the staff who did the check in, had an attitude, rude, and disrespectful. I was offered a queen room with two beds due to no other King size room was available. That room also had no heat at all. I asked the hotel representative don't you guys checked to make sure the rooms have the very basic amenities before renting them. He got annoyed and said "I don't give fuck I get paid no matter what, you used a third- party for your booking and didn't booked through the hotel directly and we just don't care about third-party and if you're trying to tess me I'll have you thrown out". After three tries of trying to find a room with the heating system working with a disrespectful staff, my credit card charged in full on December 22 prior to my arrival on December 25, 2025, and no available king rooms i decided to stay in a queen room that actually had its heating system working. Overall I will not be staying at this establishment again.
8 days in no hot water to shower, I changed rooms multiple times regarding hot water issue still no change

Breakfast. I had my breakfast at 8:40am and there was no bread at all. There was a staff member and he told me there was no more bread. He did not even check in the kitchen, and he stayed in the breakfast room looking at his phone.

The location of the property was close to the beach!
There was a lot of things I did not like about the property and the listing is showed. It had a living area in the room with the couch. I did not have a couch. I did not have a living area. The TV would not work. The air conditioning would not work. I contacted the front desk about both and they could not fix them.my second day there I was stuck in the elevator. I have never experienced this before. It was terrifying and I’m still having anxiety about it. The guy at the front desk apologize to me and that was about the end of it. I had to let myself out of the elevator after I was stuck for four minutes. Our keys to our room kept deactivating. We had to go down and get over 10 different keys. The breakfast was terrible. The only good thing about the breakfast was the waffles which took forever to make the hotel room was dirty. The whole hotel was dirty. We ran out of toilet paper and trash bags in our hotel room called down to the front desk. They said we could come down and get one roll of toilet paper, but they did not have trash bags so we had trash in the corner of our room the entire weekend I will never go back to this hotel
