I had to pay parking
Breakfast was okay coffee line was long only one machine for all those people is crazy. And not alot of variety of food.
Not enough space, pool was small and defenetaly paying for parking is crazy that you have to pay for parking in a place you have already paid for the stay. And we also saw a roach by the door.
I asked for my two rooms to be close to each other and they were. Rooms were okay.
Staff was not friendly at all. We skipped breakfast because the kitchen area was not clean and it was a mess.

Torn and ripped upholstery in room designated for pets. So happy that Melanie immediately arranged for a change in rooms
you could improve on the coffee machine. knowing well, lots of people drink coffee and or chocolate in the mornings, the coffee machine sucks, takes too long. and there was no hot cocoa.
shower curtain too small, how can you not see it? . every time one showers, the floor gets flooded.

I really like the location, especially because it’s within walking distance of the beach. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is good, and I also appreciate that they are dog-friendly, particularly on the first three floors.

Key fobe issues every day, way to soft mattress, charging for parking is outrageous. The breakfast was suppose to be hot food mire like continental breakfast and not enough seating for the breakfast crowd
