The breakfast was ok needed some meat. The lady at check in was rude the guy was polite.
The room I first received was dirty. The second room they offered smelled like animals it was small and compact.

The only good thing about the property is the location.
The property was disgusting. Pink mold on the ceiling above the showers, staff squeezing dirty rags of water directly onto the carpet in the hallways, the elevators constantly not working or shaking while utilizing, creepy breakfast staff (staring, lurking, unwavering eye contact), no security or staff reminding guests to adhere to the quiet hours (doors slamming, guests shouting or talking loudly in the halls late into the night, dogs running off leash in the hallways, etc)
The location was great, the rate was good and the hotel was clean and up to date. The staff could have been friendlier and more helpful. But in this day we have Google, so we don't need humans to tell us what's going on in the area or a great local restaurant.

We booked and paid for a reservation, and arrived in the evening to find no one at the front desk. A handwritten sign said someone would be back. We waited with all of our luggage for at least 20 minutes. As we were beginning to look around for staff, a young man appeared and immediately began yelling at us. Rude, aggressive, and belligerent, the opposite of hospitality, he continued talking at us and over us in a bullying and insulting manner and refused to check us in. He appeared to be the only staff person on site and claimed to be the one in charge. I would avoid this place.
8 days in no hot water to shower, I changed rooms multiple times regarding hot water issue still no change

The cleaning staffs who didn't speak very good English was very polite and friendly compared to hotel staff.
The room, I reserved with booking. Com "a king sweet" was not up to standard, there was no heat period. On my arrival on Christmas day 2025, the staff who did the check in, had an attitude, rude, and disrespectful. I was offered a queen room with two beds due to no other King size room was available. That room also had no heat at all. I asked the hotel representative don't you guys checked to make sure the rooms have the very basic amenities before renting them. He got annoyed and said "I don't give fuck I get paid no matter what, you used a third- party for your booking and didn't booked through the hotel directly and we just don't care about third-party and if you're trying to tess me I'll have you thrown out". After three tries of trying to find a room with the heating system working with a disrespectful staff, my credit card charged in full on December 22 prior to my arrival on December 25, 2025, and no available king rooms i decided to stay in a queen room that actually had its heating system working. Overall I will not be staying at this establishment again.
Basic American breakfast - Not very healthy :)

The pillows were horrible. I couldn't get comfortable.
