TV never worked. Called the front desk. Was told to unplug the tv and allow it to reset. Plugged it back it. Didn’t work. Had to go down to front desk to retrieve new remote. New remote didn’t work. Was told to take it up with management the next day because they were booked full. Spoke to next day’s front desk attendant and inquired about consideration for no tv. She said she would refer the matter to the AGM and he would call. No calm as of yet.

$300+ / night and no shampoo in the shower; only 1 towel per person; bed was definitely worn in; $150 damage deposit in addition to the nightly fee which I did NOT learn about in any reservation info or confirmation info- nice surprise for everyone who checked in; Seemed to be a bad weekend for many other guests too. One lady said her room smelled like cat pee and another opened her door to find someone already occupying the room. Another couple reported TWICE that their room temp was 88+. All of this is unacceptable especially at that price at a Wyndam.
Didn’t like anything at all
Smelled like animal pee beside bed stand. Floor was dirty after I walked in first time. Drawer was broken didn’t close all the way. Shower was filthy. Smelled like straight animal. Never again
The breakfast was ok needed some meat. The lady at check in was rude the guy was polite.
The room I first received was dirty. The second room they offered smelled like animals it was small and compact.

The alarm went off at 6am and woke my kids up, housekeeping need to put it on their checklist to ensure alarms are off

The only good thing about the property is the location.
The property was disgusting. Pink mold on the ceiling above the showers, staff squeezing dirty rags of water directly onto the carpet in the hallways, the elevators constantly not working or shaking while utilizing, creepy breakfast staff (staring, lurking, unwavering eye contact), no security or staff reminding guests to adhere to the quiet hours (doors slamming, guests shouting or talking loudly in the halls late into the night, dogs running off leash in the hallways, etc)
The location was great, the rate was good and the hotel was clean and up to date. The staff could have been friendlier and more helpful. But in this day we have Google, so we don't need humans to tell us what's going on in the area or a great local restaurant.
