Genuinely the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Cons:

Cigarette burn in the bedsheets, loud banging all night long, you can hear everything going on around you, the bed was the most uncomfortable and hard mattress ever, flattest pillows on earth, dirty hotel, generally terrible.

We didn’t stay we want a refund
Pros:

Nothing the lady in the trailer requested a $100 deposit which we didn’t know we needed that she got very rude because we didn’t have it cash and she kept saying our cards were declined so we canceled reservation and asked for a refund she said she would tell manager and they would call me for a refund and no one has called me,

Construction zone, broken out windows, and cereal breakfast for “free breakfast”
Pros:

Absolutely NOTHING! If I would have been told it was an active construction site I never would have stayed here! Literally had to walk on plastic to get to our room, and slam into the door to get it open and closed!

Cons:

EVERYTHING! I’ve stayed in some pretty crummy places but this place takes the cake! The entire description about this place is a lie! Dirty, disgusting, actively being worked on was afraid to pop our tires and to top it all off there were strange people walking around in the middle of the night and the truck directly next to us had its windows busted out in the morning

The staff was nice

Cons:

The room and the hotel itself. We weren't aware before booking that the whole front of the hotel's windows where broken and tapped over, there was a dirty rag left in the bathroom, a hole in the wall in our room. Breakfast was microwave biscuits. Second day we were there, the police showed up and seemed shocked the hotel was in business.

It was infested with cockroaches. It was under construction and it was a mess. Paint chunk peeling, dirty walls and floors. They refused to give credit or refund.

It looked dirty and rundown. Not worth the price we had to pay. I understand it was under construction, but it still looked bad. It could’ve had a better breakfast. It wasn’t worth eating. We just only had the coffee.

The good, bad, and ugly- but an honest review
Pros:

Here’s the thing about this hotel. Driving up, it looks ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Clearly the place is under construction and there’s nothing neat or tidy about the renovation. Construction material everywhere, plastic on widows, upon driving up there are serious doubts that the place is open. I imagine they’re just filling in the remodeled rooms.
Now the room itself, I’ll give it credit. Just about everything in the room looked and felt new. The beds were great, the flooring was new, and the room felt new. With the exception of bathroom. The bathroom vanity looked new but the bathtub itself was rusted from dripping water. Not sure why you’d go through the trouble of remodeling the room and leave a crappy bathtub but there it was. The bathtub was my only room complaint but I took a shower anyway. The room has a very nice frig and microwave. What it didn’t have was a clock or a hair blow dryer. The air conditioner was old but it worked fine.
They do not have a working elevator which is difficult for older guests. Keep your expectations very low for the complementary breakfast, but they had coffee… at least there’s coffee. Would I recommend this hotel? Recommend is a strong word, but the honest truth was the room was the best of the three hotels my family stayed in during our trip.
I was a little worried about homeless - from reading other reviews. Homeless around the hotel wasn’t an issue.

Pros:

The pool was closed, the room was not clean, the sheets had holes in them, the room had these little black bugs flying around. They were under construction and the last thing I want to wake up to is hearing beeping from the trucks, plastic on my window. And charged me more than what it said on Expedia. Then they said it’d take 3 days to put the security deposit back on my card! Which should’ve been disclosed on the Expedia web site! I would not recommend this place! Not satisfied

Pros:

Just all bad, didn't have a remote to begin. TV only had half the signal meaning you can hear but can't see. Couldn't leave anything without being covered because of the roaches. Low water pressure and loud construction. ECT. I could go on and on but I won't be staying there for those prices every again.

Pros:

They were doing construction, barely anywhere to park. They don’t inform you about all the remodeling they are doing. We found rice on the counter in our room. We did not stay.
