Nice clean place, room is comfortable, quiet area, good surroundings with lots to do in the area.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, room was comfortable and very clean. Air conditioning worked great. We had a great stay and staff was very nice and accommodating! The TV had good options available to watch too so we were thankful for that!

Cons:

No pool:(, we were really hoping for a hot tub and/or pool which would be a great addition to this property in my opinion. The room was pretty pricey, which I know varies by day but on the inside of our door in the bedroom it specifically stated the max amount per night that the room was supposed to not exceed in cost and we paid quite a bit more than that even when we compared many websites to get the best price at this hotel.

Restful stay.
Pros:

The hotel is very clean and nice. The remodel helped bring up to date. The breakfast was excellent and available everyday.

The outdoor breakfast area provided some unwanted noise early in the morning.

Pros:

Clean. Good room. Good bathroom. Breakfast hours were good.

Cons:

Noises from outside the room carried.
Breakfast was good but another toaster would eliminate annoying waiting.
Thermostat was strange. Adjusting up just one degree turned the heat on even though it was very hot weather

Not a decent hotel.
Pros:

It had heat.

Cons:

Awful !

Being remodeled, not the problem, the wing that is open is gross. The bed was old, saggy. Yipping dogs all night. Pee puddles outside the doors. A wonderful dog fight in the morning. Are there long-term DHS placements there ? Seemed like it.

Better housekeeping
Pros:

The staff was very friendly

Cons:

My first room had no shower curtain so had to be moved to another room and the door had to be pushed as it was uneven near the doorway. There was hair in the shower and on the toilet seat. The shower walls didn't look like they were wiped down. The heat wasn't working the best as I had it turned up to 75 and it was barely at 65. They are doing renovations so hopefully some of the issues will be fixed.
