Nice hotel, horrible service!
Pros:

Breakfast was good, handled pets well.

Cons:

Double charged for hotel stay, currently disputing charges. Management didn't help 😕

Not a decent hotel.
Pros:

It had heat.

Cons:

Awful !

Being remodeled, not the problem, the wing that is open is gross. The bed was old, saggy. Yipping dogs all night. Pee puddles outside the doors. A wonderful dog fight in the morning. Are there long-term DHS placements there ? Seemed like it.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly

Cons:

My first room had no shower curtain so had to be moved to another room and the door had to be pushed as it was uneven near the doorway. There was hair in the shower and on the toilet seat. The shower walls didn't look like they were wiped down. The heat wasn't working the best as I had it turned up to 75 and it was barely at 65. They are doing renovations so hopefully some of the issues will be fixed.

Hotel going through exterior updates. Needs much interior updates too. Looks like some rooms had water damage and they had fans running. Our room smelled musty. You have to call the front desk for a room clean and fresh towels, we stayed 4 nights, called the front desk never showed up, called again the next day they finally came. Not worth the money at all. $25/night for a pet.

Do not stay here!
Pros:

We checked in and went to the side door to walk to our room. There is construction going on outside, but we figured the room would be fine. Got into the hallway where some of the rooms are, and there was ceiling tiles missing with pipes showing. It seemed like there were some repairs going on with the pipes going all the way down the hall. Went into our room and was instantly hit with a mildew musty smell. Walked over to the curtains to shut them, and the carpet was squishy/full of water. We refused to stay in that room as I am pregnant and the rest of the hotel was booked. Crazy after spending $359 on the room. We had to find a last minute room at a different hotel which was super stressful as we drove from a couple hours away. Ended up staying at the Odawa Hotel which was much cheaper
and way nicer.

Pros:

Parking lot very poor lighting. carpet in room ripped up, 60 F. Air Conditioner either on or off. No temperature control. Walking in the room was like going into a freezer, plus very loud. Big bug in the folded towel. Mold around the edges in bathroom. Rude receptionist. Only cold breakfast

Tunnel of Trees, beautiful sunset, great weather.
Pros:

Staff was friendly, beds were comfy, room location on main floor was really nice & very quiet all night. Didn’t hear a thing outside or inside the whole night.

Cons:

You are advertising a hot breakfast but it wasn’t hot. It’s basically a continental breakfast. It was still a good breakfast for me.
