Pros:

ΗΤΑΝ πολύ άνετο το δωμάτιο ωραίο μπάνιο, καθαρό δωμάτιο , ευγενικοί στη ρεσεψιόν. Είχε ιδιωτική αποβάθρα για θαλάσσιο ταξί .. όλα ήταν τέλεια ! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα

Great stay in a good hotel in Venice
Pros:

Great stay in Venice at a very stylish hotel. This is the second time we have stayed here. It is in a quiet location but only minutes away from Zattere and Academia vaporetti stops. Good local restaurants nearby.

Very happy with the location.
Pros:

The location is perfect. The room well equipped.

Cons:

The room was too small for the price. What I paid for this kind of room is definately not correct.
The general areas look like an exclusive cafeteria. No Venetian charm.

Ok but not great.
Pros:

The location is very good if you like to stay in Dorsoduro.

Cons:

For a four stars hotel it lacks quality control. We had to request additional toilet paper everyday (they did not leave an additional set in the bathroom) or they did not have soap (they referred to problems with the provider). Service could be better for a four stars hotel.

The facilities are a bit limited. There is nowhere to sit to relax or to wait. Just rooms.

Wonderful first trip to Venice and great to stay on a quiet and charming canal.
Pros:

Great location in the Dorsoduro. Close to great restaurants, easy walking to tourist sites and transportation.

Don’t hesitate to stay here!
Pros:

This was our last stop on a 2 week journey of Italy and it was a great way to end our trip. The staff was so friendly and helpful for anything we needed. The breakfast each day was amazing with such a variety of food and pastries. The happy hour provided snacks as well as great drinks. The hotel was very clean and our room was spotless. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous Stay
Pros:

Great location. Quiet neighborhood, away from the crowds yet close enough for it to be an easy walk. The breakfast was so tasty and all the employees were so kind and helpful.
