Die Lage ist super und das Hotel hat viel Charme. Wir haben es sehr genossen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer mit der Terasse ist sehr schön und grosszügig. Wir waren zu dritt, aber es könnten 6 Personen übernachten. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Die kleine Küche ist leider überhaupt nicht ausgestattet.

Pros:

Cortesia e disponibilità dello staff. Colazione buona, non troppo varia ma con prodotti di alta qualità. Posizione super.

Cons:

Camera un po’ datata che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione (almeno i bagni..). Andrebbe rivista anche la distribuzione degli spazi in camera: la camera è grande e ha anche un divano e un tavolino ma sarebbe stato comodo avere una separazione con la zona notte.

Ubicación

Cons:

Personal poco agradable, prácticamente nada de comunicación con el cliente.
Nos dieron una habitación que para acceder a ella, había que bajar una planta por unas escaleras como de emergencia, con una moqueta sucia, nada que ver con el resto de instalaciones del hotel.

Great family stay
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel with really nice family rooms on a split level. The rooms are clean and comfortable, we had two large double beds (one was a pull out but very comfortable) and lots of space. Great breakfast and the hotel also shared the building with an excellent restaurant for dinner. Just beside via delle volte and a short walk the duomo and castle

posizione ottima x girare ferrara a piedi - zona tranquilla - distributore di acqua illimitata con pagamento di 3€ - stanza molto grande perfetta x i bambini

Cons:

materasso matrimoniale terribile mollo e a conca - presenza di cucina senza stoviglie quindi inutilizzabile

La struttura è molto caratteristica. È piuttosto puacevole

Cons:

Avrei preferito che anche la camera avesse il riscaldamento acceso perché le temperature si sono abbassate di colpo e tra la camera ed il bagno (che invece era riscaldato) c'era un differenza di temperatura un po' fastidiosa.

Cons:

Riscaldamento non attivo. La camera era fredda. Ho chiamato la reception e mi hanno confermato che il riscaldamento non era acceso proponendomi una coperta in più.
