Great location. Great staff.
Pros:

The location is wonderful, although we really didn't leave the property. We were travel to Mexico and stopped for the night so it was night to have the restaurant and bar right there. We look forward to staying here again as we travel to and from Mexico. It was also nice that they had an EV charger available in the parking garage. Also nice that they are pet friendly as we travel with our pups.

Pros:

I like the pool. And the gym is good. . The staffs are very nice and friendly. Mariana was very nice n helpful. The hotel location is good close to the border n outlet mall

Cons:

I didn't like the bed as it's not firm enough to support. I didn't like the temperature control either because when I turned it to low it felt hot in my room. And when I turned it to auto it's noisy. And the wifi was inopt on my entire stay at the hotel

Pros:

Very nice location. The hotel was well maintained and I liked the parking.

Cons:

The area a block away had lots of vagrants. My room was right by the street and trucks and cars were honking since 6am.

Pros:

Lovely historic hotel with lots of charm and personal family history. The rooms were comfortable. The pool was very refreshing after a hot summer day.
The staff was very helpful in addressing any requests.

Cons:

Several of the room amenities were not refilled.
One has to keep in mind that it is an older hotel and AC tends to be a little muggy in some rooms.
