Comfortable beds, shuttle service
The rooms are newly renovated and very nice for a 3 star hotel. The staff were very helpful. It was surprisingly quiet as well.
The breakfast was pretty much as low effort as you can get. Cereal, breads, and a DIY waffle maker, but overall we would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Stayed for two nights. In the morning discovered blood stains on the blanket, asked the front desk staff to change it just to find out in the evening that nothing has been done. It took another visit to the front desk and a call to have been given a new blanket.
Also the staff at the reception is extremely unwelcoming, no greeting upon arrival, no excuses for not finding my reservation and keeping me waiting for 15 minutes.
The hotel itself is worn out, breakfast is poor, beds uncomfortable, no safe in the room.
In short, there are plenty of hotels around SeaTac, choose any other and avoid La quinta.

Bed is very tiny comparing to queen bed in other hotels, there is no snack area and empty fridge .

Very Rude staff especially last and early in the morning. Never called when the room was ready and said they would call . Had to ask several times.
basic accommodation. room key deactivates quickly. elevators are slow. hotel pick-up after 10:00pm takes long and getting a hold of front desk is difficult as they are busy during that time with only 1 person working. meets the basic accommodation for work travel.

The lady at the reception was dismissive about our problems.
Dog’s constant barking in front of our room plus had to change our key 3 times because it didn’t work.
Everything in the property seems outdated. The only positive thing was the bed and the pillows.
