Newly remodeled so aesthetics were great.

Cons:

Cooling/ heating system wasn't quite accurate to thermostat, signed up for transfer to airport next morning, that morning we weren't on the pick up list. Notified there might be a modified breakfast - no breakfast and cold coffee.

Unprofessional operations

Spacious bedroom

Cons:

When we arrived the staff told us they didn’t have our reservations. Not only did I call the day before to confirm our reservations went through but I also did an online check in. We wasted like an hour until they told us their we’re going to move someone out of their suite so that they could put us in. With the delays in our flight and us getting in near midnight, I am certain they gave away our room to someone else and then causes us to waste an hour with the back and forth in the lobby. I am a senior with a disability on a wheelchair. This was a bad experience.

Pros:

The breakfast was fine. The hotel was in close proximity to the airport. We were able to quickly get to the freeway after leaving the hotel.

Cons:

We had arranged for the hotel's shuttle to pick us up at the airport. It never showed up. We ended up walking after waiting for nearly an hour and a half in the middle of the night.
