Pros:

I booked the room under the impression.It had a bathtub , had a working microwave , working wifi cable t v , and none of those qualifications or requests were met

The hotel was good value for money, and overall it was an okay stay. It's in an area where most buildings are older, so I didn't feel the hotel was worse than its neighbors.

Cons:

At first I was concerned about what looked like mold on the ceiling and the general age of the building, though I later realized many nearby buildings and restaurants have the same issue. The bigger problem was that the wifi didn't work at all during my stay.

I don’t understand how this hotel got a 7.2 rating on booking.com
Cons:

The breakfast was a disappointment. The items were often out specifically the eggs muffins, coffee.
Additionally, the facilities themselves were shabby the toilet seat in the bathroom was broken. The shower had mold along the caulking line. The elevator walls were dented, damaged, and very dirty.

Nothing! Booked a last minute queen room while traveling back home from vacation so my children and I could catch a little sleep. Reviews seemed good here but upon arriving I quickly discovered otherwise. Front desk receptionist was not welcoming, but checked us in. Walking to find our room we saw a few roaches, not inside the hotel (that I saw but I wasn’t there very long) but on the sidewalks right in front of the doors as you’re walking around. We find our room and open the door and it’s just as hot/humid in my room as it was outside and the AC unit didn’t even turn on and unfortunately smelled very dingy and a lot like cigarettes. At this point, I’m not even sleepy anymore and I’ve still got the roaches stuck in the back of my mind so I request a refund. Receptionist tells me I can’t get one because I booked through a third party and I needed to contact booking.com to receive one. I’ll obviously never get my money back, and that’s okay but would not recommend. I don’t expect a lot and I don’t have to have everything in tip top shape, but I do expect the bare minimum! 🙂
