Very nice hôtel, very good staff and the bed was amazing !

We really like this hotel (this was our fourth stay) for many reasons. These include location (really easy, two tram stops from station plus you have the travel card), the customer service (in true Swiss hospitality style, the staff are warm, welcoming and very helpful), the rooms (spacious, clean, bit quirky) and the breakfast is excellent. We'll be back!

Loved our stay. The hotel art work phenomenal. The room excellent, shower excellent. 10 min walk to lake/boat to jet d’eau.
Restaurant excellent value for Switzerland. Breakfast ok

Our stayed in this hotel on our 23rd anniversary and it was amazing. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We had upgrade to our room which was cherry on top thanks to the staff on the reception I forgot to ask his name otherwise I would’ve mentioned, thank you so much for making my memories wonderful. Hotel is so so clean, very quiet, the room deco was beautiful and buffet breakfast was well served. They are very professional and easy to contact even before i visited Geneva, they replied my queries very fast through email. They guided us. I just loved everything about this hotel🤗🤗.

Fantastic hotel! Great service and very helpful staff. Rooms where exceptionally clean. Breakfast was a winner for the family and the bar was great at night for the adults. Close to the tram and walking distance to the lake. Location is perfect. Love this hotel, would stay here again and again and again.

Excellent friendly and attentive staff. Rooms clean, comfortable and stylish. Breakfast selection catered for everyone’s requirements. The bar and food are lovely together with a discount for staying guests. Location - few minutes walk to lake but hotel not in the best part of Geneva. That really is the only negative- rest of the stay was fantastic!

Friednly staff, always ready to help. I have been at Nvy a couple of times, but i could sense a big improvement from the last times. Overall a beautiful clean hotel.

An incredible boutique luxury experience. Even the smallest issues were handled flawlessly. Staff arrived within minutes, fixed the problem immediately, and did so with genuine friendliness. The level of service truly sets this hotel apart. Simply amazing.

This hotel is very average. There’s a partial view of the Lake from some rooms. No balcony.
Breakfast for $35 was not good at all. Also they overcharged me by a lot and I’m still trying to get that straightened out! I would look elsewhere!

your hotel was very welcoming , rooms clean , the location very suitable , but the room price was doubled on my arrival as my previous booking was cancelled .

The N'vy is my favourite hotel in Geneva. It is stylish, smart, full of surprises and comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The fitness centre is good and has everything you need for a good workout. Breakfast buffet has a wide choice and lots of healthy options. I like the location - easy to walk from the train station and close to the lake. There are shops, banks and lots of places to eat in the neighbourhood. I travel to Geneva frequently to visit family and although I sometimes try out other hotels I'm always happy when I return to the N'vy, my favourite.

I travel a lot and can only say that the client service was exceptional and so kind to us client. 100% i recommend this hotel. Room are spacious, clean and well decorated. A true Geneva experience. Lots of great atmosphere in lounges....and i had to leave early in the morning for a meeting and they prepared a breakfast lunch bag with excellent food. Just love that hotel

Stayed at the Hotel Nvy for 4 nights and we were very happy with our time there. The room had plenty of space, the bed was very comfortable, the shower had a rainfall shower head w/ plenty of hot water! The room was immaculately clean. The breakfasts were very good with a wide variety to choose from. I used the gym which was well equipped.
The hotel has very modern & funky decor. Everyone we came across who worked there was very pleasant, friendly & helpful! It's a very welcoming hotel! It's in a great location--less than a 5 minute walk to the lake, a 15 minute walk to Old Town, and there are loads of great restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. It's also less than 2 min walk to the tram, which takes you all over including the train station & Old Town.
We had a very good stay & I would look forward to staying here again when in Geneva!

This was our second stay at this hotel. Our first visit was a disaster due to major issues with the air conditioning during a very hot summer weekend, although the hotel did do their best to resolve it.

This time, we booked the Junior Suite, but it felt more like a slightly larger standard room rather than a true suite, as there was no separation between areas. The air conditioning only provided heat, so it was not possible to cool the room if it became too warm at night.
