Lovely hotel, very efficient and welcoming front desk. Room was spacious, very comfortable and clean.

The hotel was fantastic and incredibly helpful. They kindly allowed us an earlier check-in as our room was ready, and the complimentary drink and mini tasting in the restaurant were such a lovely touch after a very busy day.
The family connecting rooms were perfect, giving the kids their own space while still allowing us to be close by and easily accessible. It made our stay feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived.

We were only in Geneva for one day while awaiting an early flight home. The location was convenient to the lake and in walking distance to Old Town and a variety of stores and restaurants. The room was beautifully appointed and comfortable. The staff were courteous and very helpful. My only regret is that we weren’t staying longer!

The hotel was amazing. The rooms were fantastic and the breakfast very tasty! The hotel also did an amazing job filling the room with balloons for my girlfriend’s birthday!

We stayed at the hotel for ten days in August, in two rooms, one for us and one for our sons, and we would definitely recommend it.

The hotel’s greatest strength is the outstanding service we received throughout our stay. In terms of service, this hotel ranks among the very best we have ever visited, and we have stayed in many hotels around the world.

The excellent service began with the efficient, warm, and friendly check-in we received from Carmen. When we arrived, she provided helpful information, listened attentively, and made us feel genuinely welcome. It was a wonderful start to our stay.

The front desk staff was always friendly and courteous, and they handled every request promptly and efficiently.

The housekeeping standard was equally excellent. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job, and our rooms were always spotless. The glasses, coffee capsules, and water were consistently replenished. Even after ten days, the standard remained as high as it was at the beginning of our stay.

The breakfast service was also excellent. Nothing was ever missing, and everything was replenished promptly. The staff was cheerful and attentive. Marie stood out in particular for her sensitivity, warmth and genuine care. I have difficulty walking, and Marie always made sure we were seated in a comfortable, convenient place.

I am placing particular emphasis on the service because it is what truly makes the difference. A hotel can be beautiful, and this hotel certainly is, and it can have an excellent location, but without good service, none of that is enough to make a stay truly enjoyable.

The bed and bedding were very comfortable.

The reason I am not giving the hotel five stars has nothing to do with the staff or management, but rather with a few design features that made things a bit less convenient for us - really not major. There is no small night light in the bathroom. If you need to use the bathroom at night, the only option is to switch on the main light, which illuminates the entire room and may wake your partner because of the transparent glass. There are also no grab bars or handrails in either the shower or the bathroom, which may make things difficult for guests with limited mobility.

Our room was quiet regarding outside traffic, and overall, the hotel was peaceful. However, the soundproofing between the room and the corridor could be better, as hallway noise can be heard quite clearly inside the room. Fortunately, during our stay, we did not have noisy neighbors or much activity in the corridor at night, so we were able to rest properly.

The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the city center, with many restaurants nearby. It is also close to the lake and supermarkets, in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. I also enjoyed the free magazines they offer for their guests.

We highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely fantastic stay at NVY Hotel Geneva! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming and incredibly professional.

We were celebrating our 22nd wedding anniversary, and the team went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were absolutely delighted to receive a two-level room upgrade, which was such a wonderful and unexpected surprise. It really made our anniversary stay even more memorable.

The hotel is modern, stylish and beautifully maintained. Our upgraded room was spacious, spotless and extremely comfortable, with fantastic attention to detail. The location was also excellent for exploring Geneva.

A huge thank you to the entire NVY Hotel team for their kindness and hospitality. We had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️🇨🇭

We had an amazing stay at the Hôtel N'vY! Its a boutique hotel with a beautiful lobby that is designed like an art gallery! We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with the balcony facing the lake! Everything was just perfect, cleanness and outstanding service would match a 5-star hotel! Great central location, just a few minutes' walk from the lake! Special thank you to the manager of the hotel Paolo that was extremely helpful!

Beautiful, clean and nice food.

Very modern and nicely renovated property but in a very sad part of town. It is a 10 minute walk to the train station but I would definitely not advise walking in the neighborhood at night. The staff was super attentive and the bed was very comfortable, but I was disappointed in the location.

Very kind staff and convenient location, close to lake. Quirky reception. Rooms are clean and good size. Breakfast room comfortable but an omelette station would be good. Room service fast. The gym is too small and has hardly any equipment. That would need improvement.

First arrival before check in, Sebastian very helpful, completed process and stored our bags allowing us to sightsee. Quirky hotel with nice statement pieces the only downside was no air con. Room was hot. Shower perfect. We appreciate the coffee.

The hotel’s location was ideal, close to everything but quiet some street noise more noticeable as windows need open as no air conditioning.

I love this hotel. It's a wonderful place in a great location. The staff is so friendly. The rooms are a ice size and very comfortable. It was easy to walk to everything.

From the check in to the check out everything was brilliant. The room was spacious and very comfortable. All staff were polite, and when needed, very helpful. Can’t fault this hotel.
