Sehr komfortabel, grosse und saubere Zimmer, sehr gute Sicht, tolles Frühstück, guten Wellnessbereich, nette Personal und alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Pros:

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Die Raumtemperatur im Hotel, v.a. aber im Zimmern 609 war viel zu hoch. Die Luft im Zimmer trotz viel Lüften irgendwie stickig.
Dies gerade auch nachts.

Bit old fashioned, spa facilities very old, not much variety for breakfast (especially fresh fruits/ heathy options). Quite weird smell everywhere. Value for money wasn’t good.

Abgerocktes Hotel der noch gut läuft.
Pros:

Super Lage, sehr hilfsbereite Personal, gutes Frühstuck. Schwimmbad und Saunabereich waren auch on Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Fitness-Raum war ausgestattet wie aus 1980 oder ein Trödelmarkt. Der Laufband war so fragil dass ich nach 1 Minute abbrechen müsste. Der Zimmertür muss man manuell verriegeln, sonst ist es offen. Deswegen kam ein andere Gast samt Koffer in meinem Zimmer Nachts während ich schlief. Der hatte sich geirrt und dachte mein Zimmer war seins (falsche Etage). Daraus habe ich gelernt, die Tür mit Schlüssel abzuschliessen.

Nettes zuvorkommendes Personal. Skiraum mit Schuhtrockner, Bad, Sauna, schöner Essraum. Und alles sauber und gepflegt. Auf Spezialwünsche wurde sogar auch nett eingegangen! Danke

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage.

Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück und sehr aufmerksames Personal.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Sehr vieles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Auch die Talstation zum Jakobshorn
