un trato espectacular, el recibirte con una merienda al terminar de esquiar y una copa de cava antes de cenar, son detalles que nos encantaron.
Comme nous devions prendre le PdJ à 7h du matin (courses de ski), et qu'il n'était servi qu'à partir de 8h, le personnel nous a laissé à disposition ce qu'il fallait pour que nous puissions avoir un petit déjeuner. Par ailleurs, très belle vue et personnel très agréable.
Il manque un sauna...
Un excepcional hotel, familiar y el trato del personal excepcional todos fueron maravillosos. Un sitio para volver. El personal de la tienda de alquiler excelente atentos y su trabajo muy profesional. Un 10 en todo.
Hotel muy acogedor y tranquilo. El trato ha sido excepcional, con un personal super amable que se adaptó a mis peticiones en todo momento. El desayuno es estupendo, con un bufet y opciones a la carta muy apetecibles. Su ubicación es inmejorable, a solo unos metros del telesilla de Esquirós. Es el sitio perfecto para esquiar en Baqueira en un ambiente familiar y agradable.

HOTEL MUY FAMILIAR , TRATO MAGNIFICO POR PARTE DE TODOS TRABAJADORES , TE HACEN SENTIR COMO EN CASA, LA COMIDA EXCELENTE Y LO DE VENIR DE ESQUIAR Y TENER LA MERIENDA PREPARADA ES UN PUNTAZO , RECOMENDABLE 100%
La cercanía a las pistas, la calidad de la comida y por supuesto, el personal que es de 10! Nos hicieron sentir como en casa y fueron muy amables tratando de satisfacer las necesidades de una persona de 89 años. No puedo decir otra cosa mas que han sido excepcionales!
Quizás la acústica se pudiera mejorar en la planta baja. El acceso a la bañera no es del todo cómodo.
El hotel es acogedor y cuidado al detalle, los crepes son deliciosos. El personal muy agradable y mis peques han estado genial.
Fuera de temporada de nieve no hay restaurantes cerca hay que bajar mínimo a Baqueira.

El tracte dei personal ha estat realment molt bo i des del primer moment ja ens van donar informació del servei i del que podíem fer a la Vall d' Aran. Els esmorzars amb servei de cuina ho vaig trobar una molt bona idea per acompanyar la resta de l'esmorzar.
A l'habitació feia calor i he trobat a faltar un ventilador al sostre ja que no hi ha aire condicionat.
El personal muy agradable y muy atento a todo, el desayuno un 10.
