Mis à part, quelques tout petits désagréments, je recommande l'hôtel et son personnel Parfait séjour

Tout le personnel de service du petit-déjeuner est sensationnel et très efficace. Le personnel de chambre pour le ménage est aussi très bien. L'hôtel est beau, confortable, calme et il est situé parfaitement entre le quartier de Sultanahmet et celui de Beyoglu. tout autour il y a beaucoup de restaurant typiquement turcs

Cons:

Les conseil d'un seul des réceptionnistes qui étaient erronés (jours d'ouverture du Kapali Carsi, bons restaurants, etc.)
La porte du placard de la chambre était défectueux et malgré nos demandes il n'a pas été réparé durant notre séjour.

Si hay que buscar algo malo es que los autos no llegan a la entrada pero no es problema porque el staff ayuda para todo desde la esquina donde te dejan los autos

Pros:

We were very satisfied with everything, especially the staff. The guys at the reception were extremely kind and helpful. I’ve stayed in several hotels in Istanbul before, but I have never experienced such helpful and kind people anywhere else. I can only recommend this hotel to everyone—even though I have quite high standards, this hotel met all of my expectations.

Cons:

I would only have one comment: the bathroom could use some renovation.

Very hard to access. Breakfast was ok. Not much choice and on two occasions the coffee machine was not working. My daughter was not allowed to visit me in my room. So I was forced to book her another room. The rooms were very tight and the door handle for the bathroom was broken. Nobody fixed it. Not really value for money.
