Great stay!
Pros:

The location of the property was amazing. Room sizes were good, clean, helpful reception staff. My third time in Istanbul but first time in this location, this was much better than Sultanahmet

Cons:

If the bidet function could be improved and I didn’t like the issue with the water not being informed beforehand that they were experiencing issues for that time. My room continued to have issues for a while. I personally don’t think the breakfast is worth the cost, but that could be a personal preference as it wasn’t to my taste but there was a variety.

Communications was fantastic throughout as I required an airport transfer they provided with ease. Also Emirhan and all of the front desk were very pleasant to deal with. Location fantastic rooms spacious. Extra note on very impressive housekeeping

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay at the Mercure Istanbul Sirkeci. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with our choice.
Outstanding Staff & Service
The service here is top-notch, and the staff is truly amazing. A special, heartfelt thanks goes to Emirhan and Erol at the reception desk. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming from the very first moment we walked in. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and helped us with everything we needed.
Perfect Rooms & Facilities
The rooms are exceptionally spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The bathrooms are also fantastic—very clean, modern, and quite roomy, which made our stay incredibly comfortable.
Incredible Breakfast
The breakfast was simply incredible—absolutely delicious, fresh, and offered a fantastic variety of options every single morning. It was a perfect 10/10 start to our days!
Unbeatable Location
The hotel’s location is perfect and highly convenient. It is just steps away from absolutely everything you could possibly need. The surrounding area is packed with excellent restaurants, lively cafes, and countless must-visit historic sites. It is just a short walk away from the vibrant Eminönü area and the famous Egyptian Bazaar (Spice Market).
Easy Transportation
Getting around the city from the hotel is effortless. Public transportation is incredibly close by and easily accessible, whether you want to take the tram, metro, bus, or grab a taxi.
We thoroughly enjoyed every single minute of our time at this hotel. If you are visiting Istanbul, this is definitely the place to stay. We will definitely be back!
