The hotel is very well located on a pedestrian street where it is quiet compared to the traffic chaos on the city's streets.
There are a few rooms on the 5th floor that have a superb view. We were lucky to get one of these rooms. The rooms are clean and airy, the breakfast is varied, and the hotel staff is very friendly and helps you with any information you need.
It is close to the attractions in the old town, and the T1 tram and train, which are very nearby, take you to the other important attractions.

Location and quality of suite
Although we had paid for breakfast with the booking, it was said that it hadnt been included on their check in system. Had to show my booking.com reservation. A little annoyed having been travelling for 10 hours.
Ubicación inmejorable. Andando a 10 min de toda la zona de Sultanahmet (topkapi, hagia sophia, mezquita azul, cisterna, bazares, ...) y a 2 min de la parada del Tram1 que te lleva por toda la zona turística. Incluso puedes ir andando tranquilamente y cruzar el puente de Galata pero sino el tram te lleva al final (son 4 paradas) junto al estadio del Besitkas y el palacio de dolmabahce y desde allí puedes subir con el funicular a Taksim para luego recorrer andando Beyoglu y Karakoy. También estás a 5 minutos de la salida del ferry a usküdur en el otro lado del bósforo.
Servicio amable y desayuno bastante completo. Si no te quieres complicar la vida está muy bien: dulce, salado y platos locales y estandar internacional.
La habitación daba a un edificio en ruinas en una calle muy estrecha. Hay una serie de habitaciones que sí dan a una calle más ancha pero la nuestra era pequeña y daba a este edificio.
El hotel está muy bien situado. Habitación cómoda y moderna. Nos cambiaron las almohadas cuando lo pedimos porque nos parecían muy duras. El personal muy amable
الفندق نظيف جدا والمبنى له تاريخ اعجبني جدا .موقعه ممتاز قريب من كل شي بقاله صيدليه مطاعم كلها تبعد 3 او 5 دقايق مشي ومافيه مرتفعات الكريق ممهد. الطاقم ممتاز ومتعاون ومحترف .الافطار بسيط بس كويس.التكييف ممتاز. الغرف تعتبر واسعه بالنسبه لفنادق المنطقه انا حجزت غرف مساحات اوسع وفيه غرف اضيق ماشفتها انتبهو لحجم الغرفه وقت الحجز ..
تنبيه بسيط السياره ماتوقف بالظبط قدام مدخل الفندق لانه داخل شارع ضيق توقف بدايه الشارع مسافه خطوات. ماكانت شي مزعج بس حبيت اذكر المعلومه للفائده.

Location was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful. ! Especially Buket, Hider and Sirken. Thumbs up to them. Our room was great with a wonderful view.

Das ist beschädigte Fliesen war so, dass man sich verletzen konnte in der Dusche und die Rollkarten sind sehr sehr klein könnte sein, dass es kleiner als angegeben worden ist weil man hat kommt in deinen Koffer auszupacken. Platz hat. WC Duschanlage ist sehr eng.
Great hotel in excellent location within walking distance of major attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff, stylish design. Very good breakfast with local flavors and quite good coffee compered to other hotels.
Small room (though sufficient for a 1–2 night stay) and the funny fact that the shower gel was not an original Mercure product, but seemed like a cheaper (blue color) refill;) But still the hotel is definitely worth recommending.
