Pros:

The staff at Tsugu were incredibly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me in recovering my phone that I had accidentally left on the train — I’m truly grateful for their support and availability throughout the whole process.

The hotel itself is very comfortable, spacious, and spotless. The location is perfect, making everything easily accessible.

Overall, an extremely positive experience — I would highly recommend staying here!

A great retreat after hectic and busy days!
Pros:

Our room was large and clean. It had plenty of space for us. The bathroom was spa like. We loved the location. Right near the market but still on a quiet street! The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I'm not sure what could have been better. We had a great stay.

快適でした。
Pros:

インテリア、エクステリアがシンプルで無駄がなくとても素敵だった。スタッフが親切だった。室内が清潔だった。近くに老舗のコーヒー店や美味しいパン屋さん、コンビニもある便利な場所だけれど、静かでよく眠れた。共有スペースにウォーターサーバーがあった。

特にありません。お風呂にバスタブがあったら嬉しかったとは思います。
