Loved it!
Pros:

Loved the style and location of this hotel. Suits Kyoto so much. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. There is a cafe in reception which is amazing. Short walk to transport and 7/11. Loved they had washer and dryers which you could pay via an app no need for 100y pieces.

Cons:

Our room had a slight wet smell to it. No window in our room. However was still lovely and comfortable.

Pros:

The location of TSUGU is very practical, in the midst of everything. However quiet once you enter the building. The presence of laundry machines is very conventient, but it was very busy so the wait was long.
The room was clean and it had everything we needed.

Pros:

Clean, comfortable and close to everything. Such a great neighbourhood to wander around. We had a family room with 4 beds. It was our favourite hotel room on our holiday.

A very convenient location and friendly place to stay. For a family of 5 we opted for the room set with bunks which fit

The room was difficult for 4 people to move around once the futon beds were put out. Nowhere to put suitcases. Would have been perfect for 2 to 3 max people.
