Ubicación, instalaciones y atención del personal inmejorable
Pros:

Es un hotel maravilloso. La ubicación junto al mar, la atención del personal desde que nos recogieron en el aeropuerto, así como las instalaciones (habitación con terraza maravillosa, preciosa piscina, restaurante, tiendecita...) y la limpieza fue perfecto. Todo ello hace que tu estancia sea espectacular. El personal es especialmente amable. Super recomendable.

Cons:

Absolutamente nada. Siempre hay algo que se puede mejorar, pero en este caso lo tienen difícil, la verdad que es un sitio maravilloso.

Pros:

Supert sted rett ved stranden med verdens vakreste solnedgang. God mat og fint basseng. Forholdsvis rimelig. Vi har vært her før og kommer gjerne tilbake.

Great hotel, perfect location, clean and comfortable! Close to beach and shops.
Pros:

Beautiful and comfortable. Very clean and spacious. Room was nice and clean just a bit humid but i guess is more due to climate conditions. Very good breakfast included and great location!

The spa booking was limited. We couldn’t have the spa on site and we have to walk for a long time.

Value for money close to beach
Pros:

Beautiful setting in a quiet road that leads to the beach. You can jump in the pool from your balcony or relax on the beanbag as the sun sets. Excellent breakfast, choice traditional or pancakes. Also freshly baked and cereals. The chef brings your eggs to you the way you like it. Check out at 1pm and have a shower after gym then a quick drive to airport.

Cons:

Have to pay for extra water but the hotel gives 2 liters free.

Reasonably pleasant but the room chosen was not value for money. Location chosen was not ideal.
Pros:

Lagoon Room was spacious and nice with direct access to the pool. However did not realize that "some" standard rooms which were much cheaper were also on the ground level with easy access to the pool so we were told that the extra charges for the Lagoon room were mainly to provide a larger room and a bathroom with a bath tub which we didn't really need.

Beach was also nice with many restaurants serving seafood

Cons:

Breakfast service provided was inconsistent. Main menu orders for the semi buffet provided took a fairly long time to be prepared and served. But when served the presentation of the food and taste was great

Some staff unable to understand English. Stayed 6 nights and only on the first day we found a container with salt n pepper and sugar packets on the table. On other days we had to keep requesting for it.

Location was not close to shops/markets or marts. I would not go stay in Jimbaran again

Hotel bueno como opción de acceso al aeropuerto.
Pros:

El desayuno fue fantástico, está compuesto por un plato que te dan a elegir que se completa con un pequeño bufet, es un desayuno muy bueno y completísimo. Habitaciones muy grandes y bonitas con una terraza desde la que accedes al agua de la piscina. A unos pasos de la playa de Jimbaran.

Cons:

Quizá las habitaciones tenían pequeños detalles que necesitaban una renovación. También la fachada principal que se ve al llegar al hotel
