Отель с средним уровнем обслуживания в центре Далата
Pros:

Отель расположен в очень удобном месте. Рядом много ресторанов, кафе, магазинов. До озера 10 минут пешком, до рынка -15. До других основных достопримечательностей тоже недалеко.
В номере есть холодильник, чайник. Предоставляют воду в бутылке 1 литр, гель для душа, шампунь. В холодильнике за дополнительную плату безалкогольные и алкогольные напитки, также можно приобрести зубную щётку/пасту. На рецепции есть одноразовые зубные щётки.
Для меня жесткий матрас был удобством, подушки тоже комфортные.
Персонал очень услужлив. После сильного дождя у меня в номере промокла стена, предложили переехать в другой номер.

Cons:

Стены номера усталые, грязные, со сколами. В номере не закрываются плотно окна, поэтому ночью холодно. Поскольку в номере нет сплит-системы, а только вентилятор, то приходилось спать под двумя одеялами. Я жила одна в семейном номере. Номер маленький, думаю, что вчетвером там будет очень тесно.
Не очень понравился тот факт, что за раннее заселение попросили дополнительно 100 донгов, учитывая, что отель был почти пустой, почти все номера были пустые и готовы к заселению. Дело не в цене, которая минимальна, а в самом отношении.

Pros:

Die Besitzerin ist unheimlich freundlich. Das Zimmer inklusive Bad war sehr sauber. Keine Flecken auf Bettwäsche oder Handtüchern. Die Wasserhähne und Dusche waren blitzeblank, besser als in manch teurem Hotel. Minibar mit Bier, Cola, Wasser etc. vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist funktionall mit Bett, Kleiderschrank und Tisch ausgestattet. Terasse hatte einen kleinen Tisch mit 2 Stühlen. Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Innenstadt, fußläufig befinden sich eine Menge Restaurants und Supermärkte.

Cons:

Leider war Feuchtigkeit an den Wänden zu sehen und dementsprechend roch es auch feucht. Die Besitzerin bot uns von sich aus ungefragt ein anderes Zimmer an. Da wir dieses jedoch nur 2 von 4 Nächten bewohnt haben, lehnten wir ab. Das Hotel hat leider keinen Safe, das war schade. Für Durchreisen können wir es definitiv empfehlen. Wer für kleines Geld eine Schlafgelegenheit sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is good.
The bathroom was nice. The room itself is nothing special, but can't complain for 300k/night

Cons:

Being on the top floor, it got quite noisy in the room when there was rain or wind, and also cold at times.
The laundry service was a decent price for a hotel (50k/kg), but everything returned was just roughly folded, whereas other laundries I've used in Vietnam have always returned things very neatly.
