Odličan smještaj
Pros:

Izvrstan hotel s besplatnim parkingom u blizini samog centra grada do kojeg se pješice dođe za 10 minuta. Sobe su moderne, uredne i čiste. Osoblje je ljubazno i uslužno. Doručak je jako dobar.

Simpatic și puțin contradictoriu.
Pros:

Faptul că produsele Rituals au fost puse la baie este un plus, înseamnă că conducerea a gândit bine totul.
Foarte curat, impecabil. Stilul foarte bine ales, prestanță.

Cons:

A fost o noapte când am fost trezite la fiecare jumătate de oră pentru că televizorul se aprindea instantaneu, am asemănat scenele exact că într-un film horror cant totul începea să se aprindă.
Semnul interzis de pe sistemul unde se introduce cardul de cameră era și el aprins în roșu chiar dacă nu l-am atins. In schimb in baie temperatura era de 30 de grande, in cele 2 zile și nopți nu a scăzut. Ne gândeam la început să mâncăm la restaurant cele două zile dar după ce am servit masa seara când am ajuns la hotel, ne-am răzgândit foarte repede. Am comandat un șnițel de curcan și o ciorbă de văcuță, șnițelul era uriaș cît farfuria acompaniat de 3 frunze de salată că ornament, nu s-au putut mânca era că o piele de pantofi. Nici o eleganță in farfurie și gustul nu era pentru că nu se putea mesteca. Ciorba... este pentru prima dată în viață când am gustat așa ceva, apă cu 3-4 bucățele de carne de vită probabil decongelate și puțin pătrunjel verde. Am pus sare că să aibă gust dar din păcate nu era comestibila. Am fost foarte derutată de hotelul impecabil și ceea ce nu s-au servit. Cred că bucătarul era plecat în vacanță. Am întrebat dacă nu au maioneză că să încerc să mănânc șnițelul dar mi s-a răspuns că nu au așa ceva. La micul dejun pâinea este f bună dar foarte puțină, am mâncat o felie și nu mai era nimic în coșul de unde trebuia să fie, am întrebat dacă pot avea o felie, mi-au spus să aștept că încă 'u e gata, după 10 min au venit cu painea cred că au decongelat și au pus-o în cuptor. In rezumat este o discordantă între imaginea hotelului și partea de restaurant.

Servicii excelente
Pros:

Conditii de cazare exceptionale, dotari de calitate superioara. Personalul de la receptie foarte amabil si profesionist. Restaurantul este de top. Hotelul este la 2 min de statia de tramvai si sunt 3 statii pana in centru, la Piata Libertatii.
