Kao prvo objekat je na savršenom mestu, jako blizu centra. Osoblje hotela je ižašlo u susret i produžilo check out za sat vremena duže što me veoma oduševilo, a što se tiče doručka on je prosto fantastičan.

Pros:

We were hungry late at night and everything nearby was closed except for delivery. We asked the receptionist where we could eat once the food arrived, and he kindly told us we could sit and eat right in front of the reception. He even brought us forks and knives. Such a thoughtful gesture, really appreciated! 👏

Milý personál, skvělé snídaně, čisté ubytování, pohodlné postele. Ocenila jsem výměnu pokoje za pokoj v klidnější části hotelu na druhou noc.

Cons:

První noc jsem byla ubytována v pokoji do ulice, kde byl slyšet hluk projíždějících tramvají. Ve 4* hotelu za tuto cenu bych očekávala zvukovou izolaci nebo pokoje do ulice nabízené za nižší cenu.

Totul este foarte fain, mai puțin zgomotul produs de tramvai.

Este un hotel modern, elegant, micul dejun bun, servirea plăcută

Cons:

Nerecomandat celor care nu au un somn adânc. Zgomotol produs de tramvaiul care circulă foarte des, este foarte deranjant . L-am auzit pana după orele 24.00 și ne-a trezit de la ora 06. Geamurile nu etanșeaza suficient de bine, iar șinele trec chiar pe lângă hotel.

Pros:

The hotel is very beautiful and pleasant. It is nicely decorated, and the rooms are interestingly designed, especially the chandeliers and lamps. The heating works perfectly, and the beds are very comfortable. Clean, lovely, and comfortable.

The restaurant is excellent. The breakfast is high quality, and the staff – waiters and receptionists – are exceptional, very professional, always smiling and kind.

A high-quality hotel with outstanding service. Highly recommended for enjoyment and a pleasant stay. All praise.
