Don’t take the waters
Pros:

Read the bottle water tags to the very end. Was charged 13 dollars for 2 bottles of water because we read the first half of the tag saying “complimentary water on us as a thank you” called and she told me I should have read the fine print it’s for honors guests only.

Great Hotel Centrally Located to La Jolla With Excellent Amenities
Pros:

The wife and I stayed here during our La Jolla vacation. The hotel is centrally located and has great access to restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Our room was a decent size and had a main room with a separate bedroom. Noise level was very low even though being close to the busy street. Temperature controls in the room were well regulated

Shower was excellent and extra points for having instructions how to operate the shower valve. Only slightly negative as the bed which was rather on the firm side.

Plenty of nice restaurants at the mall located within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. Other excellent shopping as well. About 15-20 mins from downtown La Jolla.

Great made-to-order breakfast. Omelet bar was the big hit here. Lots of other excellent breakfast choices as well. Only downside was $42 a night parking. Be prepared for this as it's rather steep for the area. Your car has to pay for a hotel stay too.
