Amber was great. Greeted with a smile at 11pm when we arrived and made the check in a breeze. To my surprise she was also at checkout with same smile and attention to detail. She deserves a 11 out of 10 and made our stay pleasant
This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel. We are a soccer club that travels every other year to San Diego for a big tournament. We have 7 teams that stayed here. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything is going well! Kudos to Monica and her amazing staff! I highly recommend making your stay here!

facility was not kept up. The couch bed was worn out. the couch bed mattress was very thin and hard. The breakfast buffet was small and did not have a lot of options. I have stayed at several different Embassy Suites.
Very friendly staff, communicated with me proactively during the stay using text message. I was able to have things brought to the room by requesting via text. The roms were spacious. The provided crib was superb and better than the typical hotel pack n play. The suite arrangment gave us privacy from the baby. The refrigerator and other in room appliances were convenient. The buffet breakfast was pretty decent, including the omlet station.
The room was a bit worn - for example, the living room couch armrest was worn off. But it was clean and other than that and couple of scuff marks, it was fine..
The wonderful staff. Everyone greeted us and attended to our needs. They were all amazing.
The long line for breakfast. I think it would be a good idea if they split the line into 2 at least for the regular line not the chef line.
We had 3 rooms on different floors including a 2 bedroom suite. The furniture is well past worn out and is not representative of a Hilton property. The photos are attached. When each of us mentioned our concerns to management we got 3 different answers. We did not get any offers of a credit for any consideration given the poor quality of the room. We were here for a college graduation, and the furniture at the student's apartment was in better condition. Also, you get solicited in the lobby every time you sit down by someone selling Hilton vacations. to It made us uncomfortable if we were sitting waiting for our family to leave somewhere. They had no problem charging us Hilton prices, but we definitely did not get a Hilton product.

Had to wait for over an hour to check in. Rooms were not ready. The kitchen ran out of cream cheese for bagels.

Front desk lady in check in was not too friendly, but check out Amber was great!!

One of your front desk employees, I believe her name was Alyssa, was extremely helpful and considerate in getting us a room even though our reservation through Booking.com didn’t apparently come through to this hotel. She did a wonderful job of customer service and should be commended for being a fantastic employee. We will definitely stay here again and will be sure to use the Hilton Honors application rather than Booking.com.
FACILITY WAS EXCEPTIONAL
STAFF MEMBER WAS RUDE AND DID NOT GREET ME WHEN REQUESTING INFORMATION ABOUTTHE PARKING FOR DISABLED, IT WAS A OLDER AFRICAN AMERIAN WOMAN AT NIGHT. SHE IMMEDIATELY ASKED THE SECURITY GUY TO SHOW ME; HE HAPPILY HELPED WITHOUT BLINKING AN EYE.
