El desmayo del Service es pésimo , de los peores.. no creo que un restaurante de esa categoría tenga un desayuno más bar

Que estaba cerca de donde quería estar.

Cons:

El servicio de restaurante, pedí por la web y no funcionó pero me cobraron, luego llame a recepción y el valor es más alto por todos los impuestos y volvieron a cobrar, luego me dijeron que el valor final sería un monto y me pasaron un adicional que no sé qué es.

Great location. Could use a refurbish. Add one for parking and pet made it pricey.

Decent hotel and great service
Pros:

Nice stay for two nights on a business trip. The hotel is in a great location, close to some fine restaurants and shopping. The PF Chang's on the property is something I was truly thankful for. The suites are spacious and well appointed. The hot breakfast is awesome and the staff work incredibly hard to serve and clean up at breakfast. Their efforts and efficiency are greatly appreciated. Thank you!

The hotel also happens to be located right next to a busy intersection. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is because the noise of traffic can be a nuisance at night.

A shout out to Januzska (hope I got her name right), a member of the staff. who goes above and beyond to engage with guests and receive their feedback on the stay. Thanks also to Kaitlyn at the front desk who offered me a warm welcome upon arriving.
