el sofá cama de los niños , una vergüenza, el colchón, allí no puede dormir nadie no se como lo ofrecen como calidad, la verdad eso no es Hilton, he estado en varios hilton y créanme nunca me dieron un sofá cama tan pero tan malo , booking no decía que el parking era pago , se ve bonito el concepto de los pescaditos , pero un olor horrible...
The customer service was excellent. The room were bug which my kids and myself liked. Everything from the room the the entire hotel was clean!
Pillows were by far the worst I’ve ever slept on during any hotel stay and beds not that comfortable!
Great location, across the street from a high end mall. Tons of restaurants. Room was clean and nicely appointed, felt very private. Cont Brfst included.
The free breakfast was great and one of the best amenities of our stay. Some of staff in the front, like Amber, were outstanding! Very professional, courteous, and kind. She really went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The proximity to shops and restaurants was nice.
No elevators in the parking garage. It actually cost $42 to park in the parking garage, which I have never seen before. This is way overpriced and unreasonable for staying at a nice hotel in a nice neighborhood and with no elevators. I had to push the luggage cart across the parking lot, up the ramp and all the way up to the top of the parking garage when I left the hotel, which was exasperating. The elevators in the hotel itself did not function well and I was sent up floors I didn't ask for and down to floors I didn't ask for. It was also very frustrating to wait as long as I did to go up and down during busy times of the morning ie. check out and breakfast time. So much so that I took the stairs on more than one occasion and I was on the tenth floor. Also, the bellman was rude, as were some of the front desk staff.
FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF AT ALL LEVELS, VERY GOOD BREAKFAST, OVERALL APPEARANCE AND DECOR IN PUBLIC AREAS
$42 / DAY PARKING WAS NOT ADEQUATELY DISCLOSED IN BOOKING INFO. THE FURNITURE IN OUR ROOM WAS DATED AND HAD MULTIPLE AREAS OF OBVIOUS WEAR THAT INCLUDED SOME TEARS AND MUCH FRAYING.
The complimentary breakfast was amazing during our stay. The constant communication through text about if we needed anything, that you all was there to assist us was amazing and so professional. We love the $20 on the house daily Perks, and the complimentary refreshments and snacks. The indoor pool, gym that stays open almost all day was a plus. Overall from receptionist to housekeeping and everyone in-between was really amazing and made us feel really welcomed
The only true thing i can think of was maybe the strong chlorine smell from the indoor pool while visiting the pool area probably needed a little more ventilation in that area but besides that really nothing else comes to mind
Paying for the parking is way too much per night
