Not able to have my invoice, unacceptable
Pros:

The Hotel was ok but I am still struggle to receive the invoice for the entire stay which is totally not acceptable despite the fact the Booking.com was also requested them. I asked at check out to see the hotel manager but the personnel did not address my request.

Worth the stay, breakfast is awesome.

The Koi pond was beautiful! La Jolla is a nice area!

Cons:

The shower floor was dingy, dirty, and not cleaned well. The executive room had worn down chairs that were peeling and dirty.

I loved that everything was inside the building, which made it feel safer while traveling with kids.
Pros:

The breakfast was great! The location was perfect for all the places we visited. The koi pond was an amazing surprise for the kids.

The pool looked bigger in the website pictures and it was very humid in the pool room.
