Rude staff but the onsen makes up for it.
Pros:

Location was good, 15-20 mins walk from Shinjuku station. Rooms were clean, Breakfast was excellent, the real selling-point though is the onsen which has spectacular views.

Cons:

Small rooms, but we were expecting that. A couple of the staff on reception were dismissive, bordering on plain rude. We arrived before check-in to drop our bags off and were made to feel like a nuisance from the start. I was pretty annoyed about it.

Beautiful and calming place to stay in a convenient area.
Pros:

Beautiful room and onsens, beautiful front desk and very calming ambiance. Staff spoke great English and was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Bed was fine but pillows were not comfortable. That’s the only negative thing from my stay.

un bel hôtel qui nous met directement dans l’ambiance avec le onsen et la chambre qui ont vue sur Tokyo by night!
La chambre est assez petite mais assez pour 2 valises soutes, elle est plutôt bien optimisée

Cons:

Eau du onsen bcp trop chaude comparée à d’autres.. Pour les personnes avec la peau sensible, à éviter
