Very good location ! Amazing facilities for the Onsen.
The rooms are a little bit small specially for travelers with big luggage and sometimes there was a lots of dust coming from the air vents.
Really good place where staff are super friendly and accommodating. The facilities are great and also in convenient location.

most beautiful sea views, helpful staff that gave us a lift to restaurant, great onsen with views, clean, comfortable beds
It was an adjustment as a wester european to eat only traditional japanese food and also have strict food times of when you need to be down in the restaurant.
Beautiful hotel which has a very spa-like feel to it. Very clean and staff were very friendly. Lovely to have the onsen available and the rooftop area had stunning views of the city.
Slightly further away from subway/metro stations so always had a 10-15 minute walk before getting the train, which added up when we were doing a lot of siteseeing. Room also very small, no room to open suitcases on floor to get clothes out.

Hotel con onsen en la planta superior, con vistas a la ciudad. Es muy bonito y especial. Las habitaciones son también muy bonitas.
La distribución del baño era un poco incómoda, porque el lavamanos estaba “en la entrada” de la habitación, y el WC y ducha en el baño.
Tomamos un día el desayuno tradicional que ofrecen, y la verdad que el servicio parecía poco profesional. Se les veía poco atentos, parte del bufet estaba vacía. Por el precio que pagamos por el desayuno, esperábamos algo que estuviera a la altura.
