Really enjoyed the stay here, everything was good quality and well decorated.
Pros:

Super clean and comfortable with a high quality authentic Japanese breakfast with good coffee. Excellent quiet location a short walk from the vibrant Shinjuku area.

Cons:

Rooms were small but this is probably standard for Tokyo.

I will come back!!
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious, quickly served and generous - kept me going the whole day
The bath was exceptional, empty in the evenings and early mornings, great cosmetic products, stylish and very clean, the ice cream a welcomed bonus
Dinner exceptional too - simple, fresh and delicious

Cons:

I realised very late that there were water fountains and washing machines at certain levels in the hotel
Also, apparently there was a happy hour sake tasting and snacks offered - which I only found out via somebody's instagram post
I would love earlier check ins - with overnight flights arriving in Tokyo at 6 am, its a long time to wait until 3 pm
smallest room I have ever stayed in - but the view and the cleanliness made up for it

Pros:

Very centrally located. Good as a travel base.
Good quiet area, just at the edge of really busy streets.
Comfortable facilities and good restaurant.

Cons:

Bit further away from the metro hub than expected. This adds to the walk you do in Tokyo.
In our taste it pushed the ryokan concept too far for a modern facility, particularly the room design with lower bed and risen floor - not very comfortable if you are not accustomed to this. But after all - is not it in the name?
The towels were small and basic, this was disappointing but we also found it to be sort of standard for Japanese hotels.

Pour la vue 10/10 mais prendre une grande chambre
Pros:

La vue est incroyable
L'hotel fait typique et moderne en même temps, un peu loin du monde

Cons:

La chambre est vraiment petite, je vous déconseille pour vos derniers jours au Japon, galère d'ouvrir les valises ranger etc
Beaucoup de monde
L'avantage c'est que les rues étaient plus calmes comme excentré mais du coup il est toujours à 15min à pied des transports

Must stay!
Pros:

We had a room that slept 4 and it felt spacious, the amenities were high quality and sustainably sourced, the onsen had a beautiful view of Shinjuku! The staff were very pleasant and bilingual. I would highly recommend this Ryokan

Pros:

Struttura molto bella, la camera era pulita e comprensiva di tè e dolcetti. Consiglio di prenotare una camera ai piani alti, con vista città così da avere un'ottima camera e più spaziosa rispetto a quelle standard

Cons:

La posizione non è molto comoda per visitare la città, la fermata della metro dista 10-15 Min a Piedi. Penso sia ideale per soggiorno di 1/2 notti se si vuole visitare la zona di Shinjuku

Gutes Hotel mit Onsen
Pros:

Die Betten sind wirklich sehr bequem, Personal war sehr nett. Der Onsen im 18. Stock ist ein Highlight. Gegenüber ist direkt ein 7/11

Cons:

Es liegt schon ein ganz gutes Stück von einer Metro entfernt. Es ist meiner Meinung kein richtiges Ryokan. Wir hatten unter anderem zwei Buchungen. Ein kleines und ein großes Zimmer. Fande das größere hatte kaum einen unterschied.
