The pillows are too flat and soft, easy to cause neck and shoulder pain, hope the hotel can provide different pillows options (like memory foam, latex, feather).

Pros:

The pool was amazing to cool off. Our dinning experience was outstanding from the breakfast buffet, which had very thing you would want to lunch/dinner meals cooked to perfection. Delicious cocktails at the bar. What more could you ask for.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Most staff have very little English, but we always managed to understand each other.
This place is wonderful for a relaxing vacation. Highly recommended.

Pros:

We are staying here for 8 nights and paid a premium price, expecting 5-star service. Unfortunately, the experience was far from it, the hotel is more like a CHEAP budget hotel in disguise. Service was poor and unaccommodating.

They have a pool, and I wanted to invite just 2 guests to swim (NOT TO STAY AT ALL). They insisted on charging 30% of our entire 8-night stay fee just for that, such an outrageous policy for a so-called the most luxury hotel in Nam Dinh.

This place does not live up to its 5-star claim. They definitely need more education on hotel management and service, to be true 5-star.
