Lovely Hotel
Pros:

Just a short walk to the beach. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. The price of the room was reasonable too

Cons:

There was no complimentary tea and coffee on offer. They did provide what we in England call a pot noodle,however a morning drink of tea or coffee would in my opinion be a better.

Месторасположение более менее удачное, рядом много заведений и магазинов. Очень хороший и си стой бассейн, на ресепшене отзывчивый персонал

Cons:

Номера уже старые и требуют косметического ремонта. В номерах грязные стекла и зеркала, грязный ободок на унитазе, вся сантехника заляпанная и в разводах. Все это трогать противно. Соседи шумят по ночам, не соблюдают тихий час. В номерах кто-то периодически курит. Персоналу бы за этим следить. У нас на этаже играла музыка ночью громко, персонал не смог решить эту проблему.

L’emplacement et la chambre spacieuse

Cons:

Malgré une chambre spacieuse, notre séjour au Golden Rose Hotel a été particulièrement décevant.
Tout d’abord, aucune eau chaude dans la douche et une pression d’eau extrêmement faible, rendant les douches très désagréables.
Concernant le personnel, l’amabilité était très variable selon les personnes et les moments.
Mais ce qui m’a le plus déçue, c’est le manque de considération face aux problèmes rencontrés. J’ai contacté la réception pour signaler un dysfonctionnement du coffre-fort. Mon interlocuteur m’a répondu « Je ne comprends pas » avant de me raccrocher au nez. J’ai alors pris la peine de traduire mon problème pour faciliter la communication. On m’a simplement répondu « OK », mais personne n’est jamais venu constater ni résoudre le problème.
Le plus surprenant est que, la veille de notre départ, nous avons reçu un message de l’établissement nous invitant à les contacter avant de publier un éventuel avis négatif sur Booking, afin de leur permettre de résoudre les problèmes rencontrés.
C’est précisément ce que j’avais essayé de faire ! J’avais pris l’initiative de contacter la réception pour obtenir de l’aide, mais on m’a raccroché au nez et ma demande a ensuite été totalement ignorée. Il est donc assez contradictoire de demander aux clients de signaler leurs insatisfactions avant de laisser un avis négatif lorsque leurs demandes ne sont pas prises en considération.
Cette expérience ne m’a d’ailleurs pas encouragée à signaler les autres désagréments rencontrés durant notre séjour :
* Des oreillers de très mauvaise qualité.
* Un linge de toilette insuffisant pour deux personnes : une grande serviette et une serviette de taille moyenne seulement.
* Lorsque nous avons demandé deux véritables grandes serviettes de bain, on nous a répondu qu’il n’y en avait pas suffisamment.
* Aucun tapis de bain.
* Aucune petite serviette pour le visage ou les mains.
