Very good hotel in a nice neighborhood
Pros:

The staff is helpful and courteous. Breakfast is abundant although it could be more varied. Quiet neighborhood, well located (30 min walk to the Registan). Nice restaurants close by.

Cons:

Room floor could have been cleaner

Sería mi casa en Samarcanda
Pros:

La hospitalidad del personal. Estaban pendientes de cualquier cosa que pudiéramos precisar, ya sea una indicación para llegar a algún lugar, donde cambiar dinero, donde comer...Nos hicieron sentir como si estuviéramos en casa.
La ubicacion del hotel, a un paso de un shopping grande, muy cerca tambien de algunos monumentos importantes.
Las instalaciones de la habitacion, todo funcionando muy bien, internet potente y sin cortes, habia enchufes y conectores suficientes, un armario grande y comodo, la cama un poco dura pero a la segunda noche no lo notamos.
Muy bien la television y el aire acondicionado.
El desayuno, muy bueno. Con variedad para todos los gustos, sabroso y suficiente. Y el lugar para disfrutarlo es la joya del hotel. No hay palabras para describirlo...hay que ir y verlo!!!!

Cons:

No encuentro nada para criticar, seria muy injusto con ellos si buscará algún detalle para señalar lo como negativo.

Pretty bad property and I wouldn't recomended it to anyone to stay there.
Pros:

I didn't like pretty much anything but I was stuck there for 2 nights since I pre-paid and it was non refundable. Location was OK but far away from the major attractions

Cons:

breakfast, room conditions, staff, and the owner was very arrogant, it was the worst hotel among the 6 hotels that I stayed during my 10 days travel in Uzbebekistan.

In diesem wundervollen Hotel haben wir uns vom allerersten Moment an rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. ✨

Das gesamte Team war unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Mit so viel Liebe zum Detail und echter Gastfreundschaft wurden wir empfangen und während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts begleitet. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns mit einem Lächeln erfüllt – besonders auch beim Frühstück.

Die Zimmer waren wunderschön, gepflegt und perfekt ausgestattet. Und das Frühstück war einfach bombastisch – eine wunderbare Auswahl, köstlich und mit so viel Liebe zubereitet.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von zwölf Personen und alle waren begeistert. Es ist nicht selbstverständlich, dass sich eine so große Gruppe so persönlich und herzlich umsorgt fühlt – hier wurde es möglich gemacht.

Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für diese wundervolle Zeit! ❤️

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und freuen uns schon heute auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Dieses Hotel können wir von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Semerkant ziyareti için ve bebekli aileler için ideal bir yer. Yardımseverler. Odalar temiz.
Pros:

Gece geç saatte gelmemize rağmen bize oda konusunda yardımcı olundu.
Standart otellerde kahvaltı saati belli iken, kahvaltı saatinizi özellikle sorup o saate masa hazırlıyorlar.
Belki otelde çok kişi olmadığı içindir ama bu kesinlikle özel hissettiriyor.
Kahvaltı salonundaki duvar resimlerinde ipek yoluna ait hikayeleri keşfedin.

Cons:

Otel ile alakalı sevmediğim birşey yok. Kahvaltıdaki çorba alışık olmadığım bir lezzet. Şatafattan uzak, herşey gerekliliği kadar yeterli.

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich. Ich durfte am Abreisetag bis zur Abfahrt meines Zuges ohne zusätzliche Berechnung das Zimmer weiter nutze was sehr hilfreich war.

За свои деньги отлично, но далеко не идеально
Pros:

Хорошее расположение, очень хорошие завтраки, чистота везде. Вежливый и учтивый персонал, приятно было иметь дело. Можно отдать вещи в стирку - очень удобно.

Cons:

Ужасный вайфай - в одном номере просто не добивает, в другом очень медленный. Персонал вежливый, но к ним постоянно приходится обращаться, чего на самом деле хотелось бы избежать. То заселили не в тот номер, то фена в номере нет, то замок на двери не блокируется при выходе из номера, то вайфай не работает. Короче, я бы мог и не узнать, что персонал вежливый, если бы не куча мелких неприятных поводов для обращения.
