The floor has streaks on it, smeared not clean. The toilet smelled like urine. I was by the elevators, very noisy. Don't know why there was banging and clunking all night. Also seems their robots to deliver things are noisy making announcements and going over floor surface changes. Reception didn't speak English, but phone translation worked out ok

The address listed in hotels.com is not correct. The taxi dropped us off at a different hotel because of this. Then the check in took forever because they had to make copies of the passports and visas.

Overall very good stay. Big room, clean, comfy, quiet and convenient. The only issue is the lighting controls in the room. It is difficult to use at first until you figure out what each mode does. I would recommend to the hotel to have a quick room lighting guide for the guests. This would have made it more enjoyable. It's the difference between a 9 to a 10 rating.

I read reviews before booking this hotel near teh shanghai pudong airport . I found the beds very comfortable, and soft, like noted in the advertising... Our room had an amazing shower, nice couch, wifi worked well... and the staff was helpful... IF YOU CAN navigate chinese. When I arrived at Pudong, i called the number for info on the shuttle bus... I made the mistake of asking in English, and got a brief answer in Chinese and hangup ... I called back and used Chinese, and they were helfpul.
Check in was quick, and easy. You would not need to know any Chinese to check in. The room was great, shuttles ran on time. Staff really tried to be helpful. When I did not understand something, they staff spoke into his phone translator and let me read... no i did not need an upgrade. (It was about $7 USD if I wanted it). I would book this again. Also I found the 2.8 miles or so is definnitely as the crow flies, as to navigate around the airport took about 20 minutes. So be ready for that! If you don't mind the language issue, and the 20 min. shuttle... book it!

I called the hotel to try to change the check in date but they only spoke to me in Chinese and when I asked if there is anybody who speak English, they hang up on me.

A very comfortable hotel with friendly very helpful staff.
The free shuttle bus service was spot on time and although I was a little anxious with the language barrier they did everything they could to help us.
I would definately book again if we were in that neck of the woods.

Always have enjoyed my stay at this chain. Room is always clean. Shuttle was easy to find. Staff is a little stand-offish, but very competent.

チェックインの時、フロントスタッフに翌日朝の空港までのシャトルバスについて英語で質問したところ、スマホをいじりだしたので時刻表でも見ているのかと思ったら、いきなり何も言わずに私の口元に突き出してきました。エアポートホテルなのに英語もできず、しかもこの対応。部屋に入ると電話の電波さえ届かず陸の孤島状態。夜チェックインし翌朝早朝にチェックアウトという短時間でここまで人を不快にさせる凄いホテルです。

Firstly, their description states a restaurant, which implies they serve food, they should state they have a breakfast room, because that's all they serve. if you want lunch or dinner, you have to go to a restaurant around the corner. The internet doesn't work, couldn't get any normal sites like the BBC. It is in the middle of a huge commercial area, so there is absolutely nothing to do or see.

Clean and convenient. Shuttle bus good sized, clean and runs on schedule. As other reviews note, it’s pretty much out there on its own. However there is a restaurant in building next door that serves good food at reasonable price and also a small convenience shop. The hotel breakfast was only average.

No one knows how to speak in english. Airport pick up was 2 hours late.

Beware of the location if you try to take a cab instead of the shuttle from the airport. If you just search the hotel name on google maps or search the address provided, it'll take you to the wrong place. These are the real coordinates where the hotel is: 31.143620,121.762735

Other than that, clean and comfortable rooms, great for the price. No complaints for a short stay if you are just in transit. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere though, nothing really to do around.

No amenities. Restaurant swimming pool, or workout facilities. Little English spoken. Steamer instead ironing board, dangerous since not familiar with. Wife burned hand slightly.

I chose this hotel as it appeared very near the airport and I only had 24 hours between flights. The location is still 20-25 minutes away by taxi. The location is in the middle of an industrial complex. There was nothing near the hotel, restaurants, metro station... I skipped going to see the night skyline of Pudong as it was a hassle to get there. The room looked like it was under repair around the baseboards. Needed paint. If you just need to sleep then go to the airport it is fine. But it is in the middle of nowhere for other things.
