No elevator so I had to carry a very heavy suitcase up a long set of stairs, night staff desk person was unfriendly, television channels had to reset often due to poor internet connection

Old and Run Down, Smelled Musty and Old, w a little cigarette smoke from the past. We opened our windows and slept w them open all night. We aired the room out for the next guest I can only hope.

Charges for parking tells customer one price.,and doubles charges on bill.. beds are terrible. Will not ever stay this chain again.
Just about every thing.. homeless in parking lot,no security. And plenty wore out.
It was clean and the staff was nice. The bed was comfortable
Breakfast was supposed to be included as listed on booking.com but there are NO breakfast or breakfast facilities. The curtains were missing in the room. The TV dish antenna was not working so TV was not connecting. The shower had a ceiling patch. It was damp and turning brown, the grout in the bathroom was not trimmed neatly on the baseboards.

Just a small issue but TV channels were limited. But not a deal breaker.

Very dated, could use some upgrades. Staff had to hit the door just right to get the hotel room door to open.
