Hidden charges and staff that is clueless to company policy.
Pros:

That the AC was actually controllable and got real cold. 63* was very nice, I recently stayed at the Hilton downtown Portland and the AC would not go that low and kept shutting off! But the Red Lion stayed on continuously blowing ice cold air!

Cons:

The ad said private parking, I was charged $3.50 and told it was a one time charge to get in and out the lot. Upon check out it’s $10 a day to park. Not what I was told by staff and certainly not advertised by your site!
