BATHROOM.HAD VERY COLD FLOORS AND NO HEATER OR FAN TO WARM UP THAT AREA. I MADE THIS POINT TO THE FRONT DESK STAFF AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS A SMALL RUG IN THE BATHROOM. I REQUESTED AN ADJUSTMENT ON THE ROOM. COST OF NEARLY $300.00 AND WAS TOLD THAT THE HOTEL CANNOT DO THAT FOR ME.

ALSO THE ROOM WAS VERY NOISY WITH THE GARBAGE TRUCKS STARTING POCKUP AT.6:00 AM.
AND LANDSCAPERS DOING LEAF BLOWING AROUND 7:30AM.

Cons:

We had to change rooms twice, first room the night stand next to the bed fell off the wall, second room the toilet would not flush properly. The TV sound was terrible. and the sofa had seen better days a long time ago.

It was quiet and clean. Very spacious room!

It’s not that we didn’t like it, but definitely could’ve used a dolly cart kind of situation to help with luggage!

Pros:

２年前まではよく使っていましたが、事務所を移転させたことで使わなくなっていました。今回は、送別パーティーが近くであったので、ここを久しぶりに利用させてもらいましたが、ロケーションも良く、とても有意義でした。

Cons:

シャワーカーテンの端部にあるロックがうまく掛からず、シャワーの際にカーテンがきちんと閉められませんでした。床が結構濡れてしまったので、改善するとなお良いと思います。

Not at all soundproof. Heard people walking in floor above us. When room next door used sink, shower or toilet, it was so loud it seemed like it was our bathroom.

Staff took forever to check us in. No where to be spotted so I had to call them for the staff to come to the front.
