When we arrived - the check in was quick. Poor directions to get to our room . Room was clean but noisy! We heard the room. Next doors tv on all night ! Unfortunately , very little rest was had ! In the morning we were pressed for time to get breakfast, we were unaware that it wasn’t attached to lobby but instead you had to back outside , walk through parking garage and get in elevator to go the floor 1 for this !We were not informed the night before and decided to skip breakfast due to time.
Staff communication and noisy
The room was excellent, the breakfast was delicious but the menu could change a little from one day to another
The entrance of the hotel through the parking lot
Comfortable, clean bed. Lots of parking. Kitchen Ladies were nice.
Breakfast (scramble eggs) was same thing everyday. Pool was not open, even though it mention pool is heated. Elevator kind of malfunction, door won’t open and continues to the next floor.
Location is ideal since it is close to all the places I visited. Breakfast is excellent and staffs are courteous. I love the cleanliness in and out of the property and very convenient as far as walking to a restaurant and other shopping places, thanks comfort in.
Nothing, very satisfied, can’t ask for more.
Clean, reasonable, comfortable.
Awkward location
Considering the location, they have great parking for larger vehicles/trailers which is somewhat hard to find here. Price is reasonable, had same day availability and the room was clean.
Wasn't expecting much on breakfast since it's included but there wasn't any milk from what I could find. Odd choice since there was a lot of cereal. Wi-fi was a bit spotty but it did work ok most the time. Didn't use other any other facilities so I can't comment on them.
Shania the manager gave us great service! She is hard working. She did her best to serve us!!😲😲😲
Mant blessings for her!!😊😊
There was nothing I disliked!
Super dated, very old, stained carpets, thin walls
I travelled with my great dane no issues huge room, huge bathroom the room was clean and perfect for us!
We recently stayed here for a quick trip and overall, I’d give it 3 stars.
When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk. Instead, we saw an older car outside packed with random belongings and two women sitting inside. A minute later, one of them—who turned out to be the front desk attendant—came in from the passenger seat, said nothing, made no eye contact, and went behind the counter. Her first words to us were a blunt “Last name?” Not exactly a warm welcome.
The room itself was okay. Nothing special, but I wasn’t expecting luxury—just something clean and comfortable that wasn’t a sketchy motel. This was a step or two above that. My wife thought the room smelled old (I didn’t notice it myself), and the furnishings were definitely showing their age. The bathroom sink was lazily wiped down, and we found old chips under the bed—pretty disappointing considering we hadn’t even eaten chips on the trip. It just gave the whole room a “half-cleaned” vibe.
The pool, which we assumed was indoors when we booked, turned out to be outside. It was completely overrun with loud, unruly kids, so we didn’t stay in it long—not the hotel’s fault, but still not the relaxing swim we had hoped for.
One bright spot was the free continental breakfast—it was actually pretty good and better than expected.
Parking was easy, and the location is convenient with restaurants and stores nearby.
When it came time to check out, we dealt with a different front desk lady, and unfortunately, the attitude was more of the same. Instead of asking if she could help me, she looked annoyed and asked, “Do you need something?”—like I was interrupting her or didn’t belong there. The service throughout the stay, especially at the front desk, left a lot to be desired. On a more positive note, the overnight staff member we encountered was friendly and polite—worth mentioning because he was the only one who made us feel welcome.
In the end, we paid around $200 through Booking.

When I walked into the room, there were at least three hairs on one of the beds. The pillow looked wrinkly like it hadn't been replaced and the seat cushion on the arm chair was vertical.
