The property was very clean the best hospitalities from our employees. The rooms were up-to-date. Everything was comfortable the best hotel in Cleveland.

Cons:

Dusty room and lamps, etc. shower floor was dirty. Went through three remotes for the television over the evening to finally get one to work not impressed. Had to wait as no one was at the desk or check in.We had a bad experience on our last visit and gave it one more shot not likely to do it again.

Overall, the stay was good.
Pros:

Receptionists welcoming personality, spacious rooms, and decor.

Cons:

My room wasn’t as clean as it had been in the past. The desk was sticky under the television and there was hair in the restroom. There was also trash and dust underneath the beds.

We had a great time and will be back.
Pros:

We love coming every December. The bar and the Smash Burger were excellant.

Cons:

The Shower Head didn't put out a lot of water it was hard to take a complete shower. Also the bed was very uncomfortable.

The only problem I had was at
Check in. They had a mix up with my room and I had to wait an hour, after check in time, to get into the room. The 2 people at the front desk didn’t seem very knowledgeable. I checked my receipt the next day and it was still wrong. They had me mixed up with another person with the same last name who was checking in the day I was checking out. Finally the person at the desk that morning knew how to resolve the issue.
