Overall had an amazing stay and will come back again.
Pros:

The place is located right on the beach with one assigned parking spot.

Cons:

Feet get very dirty on the flooring so have to wear slippers or shoes indoors.

Pleasant stay, but next to busy street and one very small bedroom.
Pros:

Good parking, nice view from living room, nice toiletry samples, convenient pool and access to the beach.

Cons:

One bedroom very small and facing parking with no on suite bathroom, noisy fridge, stains on carpet, dated furniture.

The property was conveniently located, the views were tranquil, short pool hours, NO grilling area

The pool area and jacuzzi needs later house so you can enjoy it after dinner...I think it closed way too early and after a day at the beach and a family dinner that ended about 8:30pm we were disappointed we couldn't use the pool and jacuzzi ...I think it closed at like 7pm. Also we brought food to bbq as our booking said there was a gas grill and there is NO Grilling area. So we had to use the condo area to broil our food..I would have made a stovetop dinner if i knew i could not bbq when planning my shopping list...we made it work but we had purchased food before arriving for the purpose of using a bbq grill... it listed that there was a grill on the property...NO grill and NO pool/jacuzzi for our Saturday night was a downer!

Dirty Room
Pros:

The location is great, pool & hot tub were cleaned daily.

Cons:

Late check-in because our room wasn't ready and our room wasn't clean. Pull out couch had sand, crumbs & a stain on the fitted sheet. The extra blankets for the pull out were dirty. The pillows had hair and stains on it The 2nd bedroom the bed had chip crumbs in it. The front desk employee said they didn't have anymore linens, we had to wash them ourselves. The master bedroom has a dog urine spot on the carpet. Both showers weren't cleaned. There was hair on top of the drain and mildew/mold. You could see they didn't vacuum all the floors. The dishwasher was super dirty and didn't run correctly. The dishes weren't clean. The garbage disposal had a very bad stench. We had to have the doors open to help. My husband finally used laundry detergent to clean it out. I had to order cleaning supplies from Walmart in order to properly clean our room. I also had to buy some blankets so we could sleep without being cold. I walked the front desk employee through the room and showed him what wasn't acceptable. The resort only refunded the $140 service fee.

Mooie locatie, schoonmaak kan beter!
Pros:

Locatie aan de haven had een geweldig uitzicht.
Het strand is aan de overkant van de weg.
De douche was erg lekker.

Het appartement was niet erg schoon.

Would stay again if I could be guaranteed the room I would want….
Pros:

Exceptional pool chairs, nice parking, exceptionally clean walls, elevator and exterior of building. Location to Beach; and location to great to a great board walk.

Cons:

No lanai table to eat at…our shower had no shelf for soap or shampoo, no cutting board in kitchen or can opener…main TV very hard to figure out with no instructions..
