The check in staff were amazing and nice. The hotel was clean. The pool was always clean and the hot tub..
The maintenance man was very nasty and rude. We had an issue with the refrigerator he was the most arrogant person we have ever dealt with. That would be our only reason not to go back again….
No breakfast requested.

Zur Sauberkeit der Küche: Edelstahloberflächen waren verschmiert, Herdplatten und Backofen schmutzig, wurden auch nicht nach Reklamation gereinigt, es war aber jemand in der Suite, Keine Teelöffel und nur 3 Esslöffel, dafür 8 Gabeln, einige Tassen und Teller mit Schlagstellen, Küchenausstattung sollte überprüft und entsprechend ersetzt werden. Die anderen Räumlichkeiten waren sauber.

The place itself was very nice.. great location!
Very dirty floors… definitely needs a good clean. We asked for a possible early check-in after a 16 hr drive in to be told that it was actually not ready due to housekeeping not being done yet.. so we actually wasn’t able to get in until 5:45 when check-in was 4…… extremely disappointed in that !!….. and obviously the cleaners did not dust or clean the floors at all
