Soggiorno perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista. L’Hotel Alle Acque è una struttura incantevole, ma ciò che ha reso l'esperienza davvero speciale è stata la gentilezza e la competenza della giovane receptionist, Emily.

Nonostante la giovane età, Emily dimostra una professionalità fuori dal comune: è stata precisa, rapida nel check-in e incredibilmente disponibile nel rispondere a ogni nostra necessità con un sorriso sincero. È raro trovare un tale equilibrio tra efficienza tecnica e calore umano. Un vero valore aggiunto per l’hotel. Consigliatissimo!

Cons:

L'unica nota negativa? Che il soggiorno è durato troppo poco! Saremmo rimasti volentieri qualche giorno in più per godere ancora della tranquillità della struttura e della squisita accoglienza ricevuta. Per il resto, non abbiamo trovato davvero alcun difetto.

Hotel etwas älter insgesamt, jedoch gut gepflegt.

Personal an der Rezeption extrem freundlich und herzlich!

Cons:

Das Frühstück war eher lieblos , die Auswahl im nicht-süßen Bereich nicht sehr große Auswahl.

Cozy hotel in the Italian countryside, great breakfast
Pros:

The rooms and toilet were clean and comfortable.
The staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like was the fact that it was a bit noisy because of the guests sitting downstairs outside our balcony. But it was a Saturday night so it's understandable.
