Quality Inn Aiken North

Left after I saw the room I went back to front desk and gave her key back … now trying to get refund lol

Awful. First room smelled like cat urine, blood on the walls and furniture as well as some other unknown substance. They changed our room but that room had a stench of cat urine also with stains on the comforter and the bathroom smelled horrible. We will NEVER stay at another Quality inn. Unfortunately it was 10pm and our 10 year old needed sleep after a long day of travel.

Everyone was nice, breakfast was not much. Room was old and needed ducting and old with repairs needed, but beds were comfy and I had ac.
For the most part it was quiet. And the stay was decent.

Mold all over the shower bath area. Shade to cover the front window was tied up with a rag very old looking.

It was perfect for a one-night stay. The only issue we had was that the bathroom door did not close all the way due to it being swelled up from the humidity. The pool looked nice but we could not utilize it as we arrived very late. The lady at the front desk greeted us with a smile and we saw her again later and she told us to have safe travels. I really couldn't say anything bad about the place.

When we check-in the lady at the desk was absolutely the nicest person we met at a hotel on our trip. She was pleasantly accommodating and helpful. We was able to get our room right in front of the pool like we wanted. She brought free towels and rags to our room and made sure we knew she was there to assist us in whatever we needed. We are planning on coming back to the area in a couple weeks and will be staying at this hotel.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and good water pressure. Everything was dirty and very worn out.

The property is conveniently near the highway. However, the rooms are old and in poor condition. The continental breakfast was barely a breakfast and the coffee they provided I honestly could not tell if it was coffee.

Didn't like the condition of the room.

This is a run down place. We did not stay there.

The hotel looked like it wasn’t maintained. Peeking paint, chipped paint, she shower head stuck out way past the wall…it may have been clean, but it didn’t give the appearance based on the rack & ruin of the property itself

Front desk was very courteous and helpful.

Bed was clean. Shower was hot. Served its purpose. If you're looking for more than that, good luck! If not for being in the area for the Masters, would not typically stay here.

Bathrooms were filthy and moldy. Shower curtains were moldy and had holes. Rubber shower mat was moldy. Bathroom door had paint peeled off a large part of the door. Booked room to pay at time of stay and I was charged several weeks ahead of our stay without approval or notification. This location is certainly not a poster child for Quality Inns.

The guy at front desk was rude. He also did not understand English as I tried to ask for peanut butter (other guest said they were out). He kept telling me “butter is in the fridge”. He then turned on videos loud on his phone while people were eating breakfast. Horrible first impression.

Rooms are older but clean. They came by everyday to make sure we had clean towels etc. Holly was exceptional and very helpful. Went beyond.
