Pros:

Otel odaları göründüğü gibi değil. Sıcak su arızalı gece resepsiyonu ve sorumlusu yok. Şikayet edebileceğiniz bir mercii yok. Kısacası tamamen hayal kırıklığı

Pros:

At July 2019 Arbalife was in the state of maintance. So many small problems with air conditioning, tobacco smell, shower.
Room rate was overpriced.
Maybe after maintance it will be better but now you must avoid this place.

Small, simple hotel. Trying hard.
Pros:

This is a definite 2 star hotel. A few small rooms. Basic bed. Basic washroom. TV with remote. Has WIFI. Needed to request fresh sheets and pillow case.

Workers speak Turkish and Russian. If you need something, you can communicate using Google translate with the clerks. They will provide it for you immediately. Nice clerks.

Perfect to put your head and feel safe
Pros:

This little place is perfect if you just need somewhere to put your head while you visit Pendik for work. I had all the essentials for me to be up and ready of a morning, and crash into bed of a night. The shower, hairdryer, airconditioning and fridge were all spot on, towels and sheets clean, the bed was comfy enough, wifi worked. And you are right in the heart of the people part of the town, its safe and friendly to enjoy the eateries and cafes until late into the night if you are on your own. Please note the photos do not match ambiance to reality but for me the location and amenities made it perfectly OK for the price.

Handy location
Pros:

It is a very handy location, just round the corner from the taxi rank. Loads of restaurants nearby and just a short walk from the Marmaray train. Comfy room, and even a sea view.
Only thing missing , toilet seat, and toilet brush. Every thing else was fine.
