Overall nice place, convenient to shopping restraints and plenty of entertainment. Very nice town
Pros:

Overall very nice place, the continental breakfast was delightful. The accommodations were exceptional if I could make a suggestion on the suites, it would be to add an airfryer as the kitchenette did not have an oven. Also would add a light under kitchen cupboards.
The only thing I would have a complaint about was the dishwasher was unopperable during most of our stay, bathtub was not draining properly and TV remote would not work upon check in.

Other than not be able to get dressed in my room for a wedding that was at 4pm. When the website says my room should be ready at 3. Was not ready until 345. It was fine.

No hot breakfast at 7am..Frontdesk blamed third party.There were multiple families with kids,waiting for breakfast..We also found out the hotel is dog friendly! Bcuz the dog was barking 3-4 rooms away.No one asked about my wifes chronic breathing problems..We will go elsewhere,which is what i told the front desk..

Solid Stay in Janesville
Pros:

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was very helpful during both check in and check out. They answered all my questions and were friendly when I saw them during my stay. The Wissota Chophouse was quite delicious for dinner as well!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF THERE IS ANY CHANCE OF CHANGE
Pros:

My plane into Wisconsin was delayed and I was unable to check in until the next morning. When I called to explain that I would be checking in late for reasons outside of my control, I was laughted at and told my entire reservation was cancelled due to not being able to check in on time. I was also told that I would not recieve a refund. DO NOT BOOK HERE! THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU IF THINGS HAPPEN OUTSIDE OF YOUR CONTROL AND THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY! Worst customer service I've ever recieved.

Location, rooms with pullout sleeper sofas, small pool

Cons:

No hand or body soap on site and no apology / plan to get any for guests. Uncomfortable beds with sheets that came off while you’re sleeping. Unfriendly / unwelcoming staff.

Pros:

I wish there could've been a faster way to check on our room status- thank you for our room discount- but since we had requested a handicap room it was disappointing to be unable to utilize its great bathroom to prepare for our event.

Pros:

Staff was amazing, Everything was very clean. Breakfast was amazing. Plenty of choices and she did a great job keeping it stocked. We will stay there again for sure.
