Pros:

I arrived at this property after 8pm, said I would like to check in, the lady “gave me a look” confirmed my name and handed me a set of keys and tv remote and directed me to the room. Maybe iv just been spoilt on my recent tour of SA as every other hotel/b&b have been so welcoming. I don’t expect much but some basic information like checkout time/wifi/ breakfast would have been handy. Also I did message the property two days before via Expedia to notify them I would be arriving between 8-9pm, never got any response.
Room was in good condition, bathroom needs some work.
Another staff member in the morning was very helpful and did help me arranging transport. Staff in restaurant was also pleasant.

Pros:

The stay was okay only noise i experience but i changed the room bed not comfortable worse part no fridges in the room i end up check out before my actual day because i couldnt take it anymore to be in that environment

Pros:

We received a different room than initially booked. arriving there was a hole in our bedroom door externally.
Internally the wooden tiles in room were missing some.
The fan in the room was extremely filled with dust and not working properly - made no air or wind.
The Shower was horrendous - hot water didn't work in morning - only cold, and went completely off when hot water entered tap.

Pros:

For what the hotel charges and it’s services is not worth. Building is old and don’t seem to have never been renovated. The bar downstairs is noisy and closes very late. Staff not helpful. TV not working. No air conditioning and if you open windows, you get mosquito bites. I’ll never return to that hotel. I’m
