Location was perfect. Vibe and amenities were awesome.

Awesome property on Pismo Beach! Great location just steps from the action and charm of the village or the warm sand and cool waters of the Pacific ocean. The atmosphere is laid back with 5 star service and ambiance. From the valet parking and front desk to the bellmen and housekeeping, the staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. At the activies' desk you can get everything you need for a day at the beach or the pool. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, and towels are all available with just a quick call the the front desk. Be sure to check for daily special activities for both kids and adults and book a firepit for dinner and great s'mores. Their signature restaurant, Pequín Coastal Cocina, offers a varied and tasty menu and while a little pricey the food and service were worth it.

Perfect location and very clean resort

The hotel room was fabulous and the perfect environment right off the ocean. Loved hearing the waves while we slept. The pool was too small, not sufficient seating or towels, the free bike rental was deceiving, not easy at all to use- not a surprise they were never used, hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you. Loved the firework show in the 4th!

Wonderful experience, even with the outdoor bar under construction on Fourth of July weekend. Perfect view of the Pismo pier firework show!! Every event and aspect of the hotel ran effortlessly. We were especially thankful for the extremely helpful valet service with our Tesla and charging, and one of the gentlemen gave a wonderful recommendation for dining on the first night there. Clean, friendly, family friendly, and fun! Would absolutely go back!

My family and I recently stayed at Vespera in Pismo Beach, and overall we had a wonderful experience. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and had a relaxing atmosphere. Although the outdoor bar area was under construction during our stay, it didn’t take away from our trip since all of the other amenities were available and we still had a great time.

The only downside was the service at breakfast. We were seated quickly, and the restaurant wasn’t busy, but it took about 10 minutes before anyone came to our table to even offer us drinks. Once we were helped, the staff was friendly and courteous.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back. The beautiful property, clean accommodations, and welcoming environment made for a great family getaway.

Great place to stay! Staff was great, especially the general manager Luis, very accommodating, treats guests and staff with the upmost respect! . Would highly recommend this beautiful property.

Had the balcony room and it was spacious with an amazing view. Slept with the door open listening to the sounds of the ocean. You have people walking across the boardwalk during the day and sometimes overnight. Also a very dog friendly hotel and the surrounding area.

From start to finish, top to bottom, the Vespera Resort was a win for our family. Our expectations were exceeded in terms of friendliness, cleanliness, and service orientation. We will be back!

Had a great time with our family. There were so many activities for everybody to enjoy. The pool and hot tub were really nice as well as the restaurant and bar. The valet was also fantastic and helped us with anything that we needed.The staff was very accommodating and kind and always willing to help. We also loved the cookies and cream gelato they had in the market. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this property several tines -- two people at the front desk made our stay so wonderful -- David and Caitlin -- two amazing front desk people who were so great to chat with, had a great lunch suggestion and were incredibly efficient. Our room was fantastic, the location of this hotel is 5 star, the bartender Blake was terrific and all the Valet guys were so fast!! We love this property and will definitely return!

Surprising beautiful interior with the exception of the lobby. Furnishings in the lobby were old, dated and worn. The ocean front room was exceptional, we only wished, for our price point, we had somewhere to sit, perhaps a lounge chair or love seat.

Our stay at this resort was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless, making us feel right at home.
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. The amenities, including the pool, restaurants, and recreational activities, exceeded our expectations. Every meal was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.
