Very Nice
Nothing....Very good
Staff very friendly and helpful food very good
Hotel is so clean and fresh, room was big, comfortable and had all the things needed during our stay, the event meal was good, breakfast excellent
Welcoming hotel, staff friendly , spotlessly clean, fixtures and fittings good quality, nice place to be.
At times staff were a little thin on the ground, went to the other bar to try a drink, waited 5 mins, no-one could be seen so went back to the hotel.
Convenient parking. Friendly staff. Good food
The breakfast was okay would have been nice to have been offered a top up of tea and coffee and extra toast
Burnt toast in the morning at breakfast and there was trouble in the pub at night with a very drunk man who was very abusive towards children and women and the staff didn’t deal with the situation very good at all
Problem with room safe fixed very quickly
There is a little curry house/pub next door that is very good. Bed was comfortable.
The accomodation was quite tired, for the price.
Delicious breakfast. Lovely eating area with the glass roof. We appreciated the Shakespeare-themed pictures in the corridor.
The breakfast table was very wobbly! It was quite tricky getting out onto the road with the high wall blocking the view.
Hotel
Screaming kids in corridors at 7 am and in spa..
Lovely little hotel in a quiet location, very nice staff.
Nothing. The location was a little bit outside Stratford but that was a plus on the weekend we stayed, as the Mop Fair was in town and the town centre was a bit noisy!
The standard of cleanliness and overall calm atmosphere from first entry was exceptional; the room was tastefully furnished, high-end toiletries including spa-standard waffle dressing gowns and slippers were provided. Tea/ coffee making facilities including a proper coffee machine, were provided along with an iron and board. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and ensured a peaceful sleep.
My full English breakfast was tastefully presented not slopped together as is often the case in other restaurants. Staff were extremely polite and welcoming. I only stayed one night but it was certainly value for money. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of town bordering on fields and within a short walk of Anne Hathaway’s cottage. Very peaceful, quiet location.
Perhaps some sachets of hot chocolate alongside the tea and coffee? Otherwise I cannot fault the location, facilities and the service.
The location was not too far from the centre of town. The room was big and clean.
The person at the front desk was a bit abrupt and direct. Equally, they took a little while to help during checkout and could provide none of the information or check out data requested.
